Loved the staff, the location, the room, the bed, the pool. Staff were so kind and helpful.
The hotel is exceptional. Fantastic large rooms, almost like an apartment. Great size balcony. Beautiful shower and enormous bathtub. All staff excellent training. Always smiling. We had one waiter who was young but really fantastic. The hotel also has a great restaurant. You want to keep eating there every day, but it is difficult because you also want to explore the city.
The location is a little too far for walking easily to downtown, but a taxi or Tuk Tuk is just 5 minutes.
The stuff is very friendly and kindly. They support us in every moment. The location is perfect close to the shops and markets. The rooms are very clean.
The staff here are absolutely incredible! They are very helpful and polite! and the food and cocktails were also fantastic!

Location, the pool, excellent staff, rooms clean and tidy. Relaxed ambience. Good value. Far enough from the centre of Siem Reap to be away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5 min tuk tuk if you want to go there
A few problems when we first arrived, Cabana room was a little tired and smelt damp/ musty. The hotel WiFi for the room was also non-existent. Mentioned to reception and we were moved to another room the following day which which was fine.
There is building work going on next door which didn't bother us but may be a bit too loud for some.
Breakfast choices were limited but well cooked
The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. It was a very relaxing stay, and if I ever return to Siem Reap (hopefully!), I’ll definitely choose Bopha Watbo again!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out; our room and all common areas were spotless throughout our stay. Everything felt well cared for and comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap
It’s a small intimate Hotel about 15-20 mins walk from Pub Street and easily accessible to other coffee shops, bars and restaurants around Wat Bo Road. that must be explored. We stayed for 1 month and the team of staff were always so friendly, helpful and delightful. The pool area is a sanctuary and a welcome break from the heat and humidity in March. The Suite Pool Room we had was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was extremely good value for money and plentiful. Siem Reap has left us with many good memories and this little place was a restful retreat to come back to every day. Would stay again.

Los jardines y zonas verdes eran muy bonitas. Las habitaciones muy amplias, y la piscina muy cómoda. Así que muy recomendable.
Las bebidas del bar como una botella de agua era muy cara, 3,5 dólares cada botella.

L’hôtel était magnifique, et le personnel adorable et toujours aux petits soins. Bien situé, au calme mais à deux pas de tous les restaurants, c’était vraiment un endroit charmant. On a hâte d’y retourner !

Airconditioning was great - they were building next door but we did not hear anything during the evening.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours prêt à vous aider. La chambre et la salle de bain sont parfaites, un vrai cocon. Le cadre est apaisant et agréable, en plein cœur de Siem Reap. On s’y sent comme à la maison, on n’avait vraiment pas envie de partir ! Et la restauration est excellente, un vrai régal.
Cet hôtel est un vrai bijou ! Son design épuré et sa localisation calme en font un havre de paix. La piscine est un plus appréciable, et le restaurant offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Mais ce qui distingue vraiment cet hôtel, c’est la gentillesse, la bienveillance et le dévouement du personnel. Ils font tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait !
