Parfait!
Pros:

Cet hôtel est un vrai bijou ! Son design épuré et sa localisation calme en font un havre de paix. La piscine est un plus appréciable, et le restaurant offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Everything was wonderful! The staff is exceptional – they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely return. The location is great – close to the city center and within walking distance to Pub Street.

Pros:

We had a big spacious room right next to the pool. It was quiet and comfortable at night. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The disorganization at the front desk and the price for breakfast. )We could have taken a Tuk Tuk into town and had a full breakfast for less.) The staff are doing their best but we had pre-booked a tour with them about which the front desk seemed unaware and there was a big mix up with our driver, our food and the billing on departure which was stressful.

Das Hotel war super gelegen, ganz nah am Tempel und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal war echt klasse, immer hilfsbereit und hat sich für jedes kleine Problem eine Lösung überlegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die 3 schönen Tage!

The pool wa very nice and the staff gave us e breakfast boxes for our sunrise Angkor Wat tour.

Cons:

They did not contact me in advance to let me know the twin room I booked months ago was unavailable. I found out upon checking in. They changed the room to a king suite which is great other than my friend and I wanted our own beds. They eventually said that they would put another bed in the room. The other bed was an extra large twin which was nice.

Ultimately, if they had contacted us before hand and said another bed would be added to the room I would not have been upset. The lack of communication was really frustrating.

Be aware that this hotel have extremely firm beds

Sehr gute Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, etwas abseits der Touristenströme.
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof, prima Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück, manchmal Büffet, manchmal a la carte. Sehr schöner Innenhof mit Pool.

Cons:

Ab 7 Uhr morgens ziemlich laut, Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück.

Quiet small hotel, very attentive staff!

This hotel proved to be an excellent choice. It was well-run, exceptionally clean and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat at the end of a day of exploring. I would certainly consider staying here again.
