Estuvo bien , lo que más nos agradó fue la comida y lo servicial y atento del personal

En primer lugar que deben revisar las habitaciones antes de entregarlas , tuve que sacar una ranita , y una cucaracha del baño. Este no estaba totalmente limpio o al menos no se veía limpio. Lo otro que es un lugar que llueve demasiado y lo dejan paraguas en las habitaciones, en varias oportunidades tuvimos que correr o retrasar nuestra salida para no mojarnos

Das Personal zeichnete sich durch außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit aus. Die Organisation von Ausflügen erfolgte reibungslos und effizient. Das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und die Ausstattung entsprach höchsten Ansprüchen.

Incredible staff with amazing stay
Pros:

We had a great stay! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was super big. The pool itself was amazing and a good place to relax after temple visit. We love to go back!

Pros:

Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Нам не понравился номер на 1ом этаже. Попросили поселить на второй, но там были номера только с одной большой кроватью. Нам с подругой нужен был номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. В итоге номер на 2ом этаже установили еще одну кровать!
Большое спасибо за такое внимание к потребностям гостей!
