La habitación, las instalaciones del local.
Las fotos que se ven en Booking son fieles a la realidad.
El personal local y Ángel el voluntario.
Está situado en un lugar tranquilo pero a 5 minutos andando de Pub Street.

Cons:

Se vende como un hotel 4 estrellas, pero la realidad es que parte del personal son voluntarios europeos, cuyo comportamiento y actitud dejó mucho que desear durante nuestra estancia, ya que convertían el lugar en un hostel. El lugar tranquilo que se vende, en realidad, no tiene nada que ver: voluntarios utilizando la piscina de forma irrespetuosa para los huéspedes, como por ejemplo haciendo salpicones en ella como si fueran niños de 10 años, música demasiado alta en el bar en algunos momentos del día y por la noche, gritos y risas tanto en la piscina como en el bar a altas horas de la noche.
Nos sorprendió todo esto ya que Siem Reap es un lugar donde la gente va a visitar los templos de Angkor y necesita descansar antes y después de las visitas. Por cierto, si quieres ver el amanecer tienes que levantarte a las 4 de la mañana, con lo que todo esté jaleo se hace más molesto.

Hay que decir que, tras nuestras quejas, el personal del hotel tomó algunas medidas y el jaleo ya sólo duraba hasta las 10 y media de la noche.

Pros:

Really lovely small hotel, peaceful and relaxing. Room very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Pool is small but lovely, set in beautiful gardens, with comfortable wooden sunbeds. Fantastic location, just a short walk into the main town. All staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay!! Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Really excellent breakfast. Large and spacious room, very nicely appointed. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Es war ein wirklich schönes, kleines Hotel, das etwas ruhiger gelegen ist. Wir hatten größere Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Es war alles toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool- und der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Danke
