It’s cosy and location perfection close to the pub street and very well center.
Apparently is not a hotel anymore it’s more of hostel now for its price and service not worthy at all.
The towels were super dirty they were brown instead of white, same for the bed shit and the reception was blaming the housekeeping lol😀if you want comfort and minimum standards not recommended

I purposely looked for a hotel I could use my streaming device to watch the World Cup football, then to be told the TV’s are no longer in operation, but is still advertised on online travel agencies
Clean, large room with comfortable bed and nice food and drinks for a good price.
Very noisy as we were on the ground floor and people above were loud until early hours of the morning and woke us up. Also overcrowding in the pool area with backpackers. There were often no sets or sun lounges and were a lot of people in the pool. We didn’t get to swim because of this.
部屋が広めでお洒落。細かい所にもこだわりを感じる宿。窓が大きく眺めがいい。
シャワーの湯量は豊富。WiFiも問題ない。
ベッドが心地よい。バルコニーもある。
プールは小さめだが、お洒落で雰囲気良い。
パブストリートまでは徒歩10分程の距離。
また北の方に歩いて行くと徒歩5分程でスーパーあり。
宿泊客は白人の若者多いようだ

Заселение было ровно в 14 00,хотя на сайте стоит что заселяют в любое время. За три дня ни разу не было уборки, ,номер староват,вокруг кондиционера плесень, вайфай постоянно пропадал, телевизор не работал на ресепшене сказали ремонтируем антену,так за три дня и не сделали,хотя похоже просто отключили и все.. Бассейн не плохой но очень сильно воняет хлоркой,сейчас уже давно есть средства без такого ужасного запаха.

La Bastide de Caro used to be a 4-star Boutique resort. Not anymore. It is a backpacker hostel.
The new owners ruined the place totally. Beautiful restaurant is now a canteen with long tables; the former very good breakfast is now just a memory. It has been replaced by a below average hostel breakfast. Reception is now outside instead of in the reception room.
I was afraid of something is not as it used to be already when checking in, the patio room that I booked and paid – not available, 6-7 pairs of well-worn flip-flops/ sneakers outside of every door. Meaning some other things would not be correct either – and how right I was. And of course, the rooms have TVs, but not connected, so the TV is only part of the decoration.
What a waste of a nice hotel.
If you are NOT a backpacker, do not book this. And don’t believe the photos on websites, it is nothing like that anymore.
Very disappointed, however the staff are still good and I feel for them. Sad.
And finally, thanks for ruining my well-deserved short vacation by providing an unforgettable (bad) experience!

Very loud
excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando de Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market, restaurantes y centros de masaje. La habitación era amplia, con aire acondicionado eficiente, balcón, baño privado con agua caliente, cafetera, nevera y albornoz.
encontramos varios problemas relacionados con la gestión y la información ofrecida al cliente. El principal fue el desayuno. Nuestra reserva indicaba claramente que estaba incluido y que se servía de 6:30 a 10:30. Sin embargo, al llegar el personal no tenía constancia de ello. Una vez aclarado, nos informaron de que el desayuno consistía únicamente en un crédito de 5 USD por persona para consumir un plato y una bebida. Además, los horarios cambiaban según la persona que preguntáramos: algunos días nos decían que comenzaba a las 8:30 y otros a las 9:00.
Esto fue especialmente problemático porque teníamos excursiones programadas a las 8:30 y 9:00 de la mañana, por lo que en varias ocasiones tuvimos que desayunar fuera del hotel para no perder nuestras actividades.
También observamos falta de organización en otros aspectos. La televisión de la habitación no tenía mando a distancia y nos indicaron que estaba únicamente como elemento decorativo. En el restaurante ofrecían cócteles en la carta, pero en varias ocasiones no disponían de los ingredientes necesarios o el personal no conocía bien su preparación.
Por último, varios servicios anunciados en Booking no estaban disponibles durante nuestra estancia, entre ellos minibar, canales de televisión, zapatillas, ventilador, plancha, equipo de planchado y desinfectante de manos.
L’emplacement est très bien ! L’extérieur est très agréable et la chambre est immense ! Le lit est super confortable, on a très bien dormi :)
Effectivement, je confirme un commentaire précédent, il y a eu un changement de propriétaire. Nous étions pile dans cette transition donc le standing sur les photos ne ressemblait pas du tout à ce qu’on a eu ! On a l’impression que ça se transforme en hostel. Donc le petit déjeuner était vraiment pas dingue et cher pour la quantité.
Le mobilier extérieur n’était pas du tout le même et mériterait d’être refait !
Le personnel était plutôt sympa mais n’avait pas l’air hyper concerné par les clients et préférait bronzé au bord de la piscine…:)
Donc c’est dommage de pas avoir été honnête et de dire que c’était en transition et que ce serait différent de ce qui est proposé sur booking.
Maintenant le prix reste très correct pour la qualité de l’établissement.
