We booked 7 rooms and most were the 2 star experience we expected. Others not so.
Pros:

This was a good location for what we needed. The area was generally quiet although the staff were not. The airconditioners all worked which is helpful in that climate. Most of the 7 rooms we used had clean pillows.

Cons:

The rooms were not all ready when we arrived. Some rooms smelt bad of urine and toilets had not been cleaned. We assumed they were being used by the staff and their friends whilst there were no guests. There was little attention by the staff, and their advertised items were not available. No bottled water, no hot water, not always clean linen. Staff 'hanging out' all night with friends and talking, along with noise from devices they were watching.

Pros:

it was a bed to sleep overnight in comfortable but very noisy motorbikes coming and going all time

Cons:

shower was not hot Luke warm the outside lights need turning of at some stage our room was bright all night
