I was a bit disappointed in the room, very average, however I definitely got what I paid for in terms of value, I wouldn't have minded paying more for an upgrade though. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. And to have breakfast in the deal was a lovely bonus. Excellent breakfast 👌
Wasn't overly keen on that room. The other rooms I'd stayed in had washing machines and cooking facilities. However we got by with the basics.
The Sebel is central to everything, shops, beaches, restaurants, pubs and club. It’s an easy walk to wherever you want to go
The check in process was so easy. The staff member who greeted us was super friendly. It was a lovely hotel!

We have stayed there several times and I must say it has improved greatly. It has gone through complete renovations and everything is now so nice and up to date, clean and fresh and lovely
It was really good having breakfast included and we also enjoyed being able to go and have dinner without having to go outside.
Ended up at mantra rooms instead of sebel rooms and other people were confused as well. Should have more signs up or we could have been told. Also to check in was frustrating with the line up of cars out side. It should be better organized.

Location
The location was close to restaurants, shops and twin towns club. The room was well appointed, clean and a good size with a balcony. There was a view of the ocean. Great breakfast buffet and parking included.
The beds were quite firm and we also had to ask for thinner pillows to avoid further neck pain.
