Very enjoyable stay, can't wait to return.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good considering the amount of food that was produced. Could not fault the location, easy walking to beach and cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Could have provided coathangers, only one in a room that could accommodate four people.

A Relaxing & Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

The view was lovely (at level 5) & easy access to the beach within walking distance. Team Member Sam was great & the rest of the staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms clean & comfortable. Breakfast was yummy & the team did well accommodating everyone & clearing of tables. Easy to also join Twin Towns & have easy access & walking to, to enjoying dinner. It was a great 2 night getaway.

Cons:

The Hot Chocolate in the Coffee Machines could use more hot chocolate powder in it's serving. It was more milky than chocolate. (a very weak hot chocolate in both the breakfast area & den)

Very easy, staff and location great. Good size rooms.
Pros:

Convenient location, close to the beach, shops. Parking easy. Great customer service, staff very helpful, nothing a problem. Great rooms. Breakfast amazing. Will stay at Sebel next time.

We always enjoy our time in Coolangatta and it all starts with the right accomodation.
Pros:

The location is fantastic.
Breakfast is good, fresh tasting.
Towels are soft and fluffy.
Facilities all working, pools, sauna and spa.

Cons:

Bar only open 4-6pm. Very limited options for cocktails although promoted heavily on in-house advertising. Would be good to have mixologist on staff rather than bartender.
Our rooms toilet was constantly leaking, needs new seals in cistern.
