no toiletries or hair dryer despite being advertised

The lack of amenities; toiletries, Kleenex. If you wanted shampoo you had to get it from the office. The interior of the bathroom is rotting all around the bed of the tub. It is really shabby looking. Holes in the wall should be repaired. The thermostat control was hard to read. The light from the vanity behind it made it difficult for these old eyes. Had a difficult time getting it. Adjust. People. In my group paid less than I did, but she told them I paid less by going through you..

Missing power strip to plug in microwave. Front desk said housekeeping would bring one, but they never did. Good thing we didn't need to use it.
Also, bathroom wall and door could be cleaner, and shower curtain didn't keep water from getting on floor.

What wasn't fine was all the ants in the room. I showed them to the manager who could only say somebody must of spilled something. I told him it wasn't us. He wanted me to go sit over by the bank while they fumigated the room. My lungs are already compromised without that. We left a day earlier than we had planned. He never offered to pay us for our troubles or cover our new motel room at another motel.

High price of room, TV didn't work, tricky entry road to motel

The bed, too hard. No shampoo, conditioner nor hairdryer.

the facility did not have coffee maker in the room, no hygiene supplies like shampoo, it only had a very small bar of soap. the bed was not comfortable, like sleeping on plywood. We accidently left a 80.00 pillow my wife uses and when we called, they never saw or stored the pillow, didn't know what we were talking about.

Nothing really, just maybe hair dryer 😃

My floor was filthy; when I wipped up some spilt water, the paper towel was fully black. Then, my dog kept scratching at night stand trying to get behind it so I moved it to see what he wanted and there was dog excrament behind it. I requested a new room and it was cleaner.

Everything was an extra 150 fee... if you smoked near the room, or your dog pooped and didn't pick it up. It seemed extreme me. Also there is no a/c only a heater.

I complained to staff, the rooms were so damaged and filthy that it was medically difficult for me to stay on the property with asthma & allergy issues due to the room being FILTHY! unfortunately it was the only hotel with a room available in the area so I had no choice the rubber skirting was coming away from the wall, it had years worth of dust CAKED behind it in between it and on it & all of the electrical wiring/lamps had food stuck to them. The flooring was laid incorrectly & did not even meet up with the wall and had 1/2 inch gaps . There were insects crawling on me and my sleep. The room smelled like paint thinner & body odor the sheets look like they had not been changed in between guests as they had fresh stains. The toilet did not flush & the sink left standing water in it until manually cleared out by me, the guest with my own hands & then a couple hours later the standing water would emerge from pipes & collect in basin again and stink. You could only wash your hands for 30 seconds before the entire sink was filling up with water from not only the faucet, but also the pipes & there was slimy human hair inside the drain pipe coming up out of the sink lots of it. I had to take video & pictures of all of this when I checked in. As I suspected they tried to tell me deal with it or leave. The staff did a walkthrough with me and they felt that the room was in acceptable rentable condition & saw all the holes/filth/electrical danger, said it was fine! Outlet behind the bed had two lamps plugged into it, & the bed was pushed up to it & breaking the wires and had cracked the electrical outlet to the point of sparking when the lamp plug was removed & it smelled like ozone and electrical fire for about an hour. I took my shoes/socks off & floor was gritty & had a film on it & turned my feet completely black.
