Don’t stay here! Booking.com should pull this listing!
Pros:

It was close to shopping and the girl who helped us was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

When I booked the property, I requested a crib and my request was confirmed. I also booked because there is supposed to be breakfast. They sent an automated message saying they would send me a code for when I check in. The code never came, so I had to ring to get someone to answer and give it to me over the phone on a Saturday evening.

Then when we get to the room there is no crib. I call them and they tell me they have no cribs. I ask about breakfast and they tell me they don’t have breakfast on the weekends, even though all the signs around the property show breakfast on the weekends and during the week just different hours.

Ultimately they gave me a spare mattress for the floor, but the whole experience made us want to cancel our reservation for our return journey. However, it was nonrefundable, I called booking.com and they contacted the property to request they allow us to cancel and waive the fee, but they never responded to the request so we felt stuck with it.

So the icing on the cake, is on our way back through Straubing, I called at 6pm because I hadn’t gotten the code again. They told me they could see the reservation, but they have no rooms. They didn’t know what happened, but they didn’t have rooms for us even though they saw our reservation. At that point, they did refund us, but we had to go door to door to find somewhere to stay late at night with 3 small kids because there were no properties left in Straubing! It was a nightmare!

Słabe WiFi, praktycznie nie działa, bardzo duzy hałas przy głównej ulicy, a brak klimatyzacji nie pozwolił zamknąć okien w upał

Pros:

The cleaner lady put an electric fan into my room during the heatwave: that was a lifesaver! :)

Cons:

The location: it was a bit far from the centre, but this was my own fault. It would not have been an issue had there not been a heatwave, though.
Also the reception was rarely staffed.

Bis auf die defekte Türe ein schönes herzliches Hotel.
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstucksbuffet. Saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Türschloss leider defekt, sodass die Zimmertür dauerhaft offen war bzw. sich nicht absperren ließ. Man kam ohne Schlüssel ins Zimmer. Wertgegenstände mussten dementsprechend immer mit raus genommen werden beim verlassen des Zimmers.

Super Kommunikation und sehr schönes Zimmer
Pros:

Es war für das Hotel gar kein Problem, dass ich wegen Verspätung durch Stau erst sehr spät am Abend anreisen konnte. Mir wurde der Schlüssel mit einem Code im Safe hinterlegt und ich kam dadurch ohne jegliche Probleme in mein Zimmer. Ich habe dort schon einmal übernachtet und kann dieses Hotel und das nette Personal nur bestens empfehlen!

Wieder einmal ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist hervorragende. Ich konnte aufgrund meiner früheren Anreise das Zimmer eher nutzen, immer wieder freundlich und ein nettes Entgegenkommen. Die Einrichtung wird schrittweise modernisiert, was sehr angenehm ist. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist echt super für die wärmeren Tage.

Cons:

Für dieses Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich alles gut.

Velika okna na sobi.

Cons:

Vse pohištvo in ves inventar staro in že skoraj dotrajano. Zelo zdelano.
Absolutno ni vredno tega denarja, čeprav za eno noč.
