Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit/Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter sind ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet, leider etwas beengt und nicht sonderlich komfortabel (Waschbecken im Zimmer, zu klein und dadurch Wasser auf dem Boden. Sehr kleiner Fernseher und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten... Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen.

Wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, komme ich sehr gerne wieder!!

Sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.
Aussergewöhnlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Pros:

Gute Lage, hübsche Zimmer

Cons:

Unstabilisiwrtes Wasserbett, Heizung war nicht anstellber ... Duschen im Kalten ist unangnehm ... und das Personal bekam es nicht in den Griff.

Frühstück und Checkout in einem lauten, engen Cafe auf der anderen Straßenseite mit übergriffigem und uninteressiertem Personal.

A great place to stay while exploring the Christmas market.
Pros:

Excellent location and staff. The onsite parking is a great feature. We were there for the Christmas market, and it was just a short walk away. We would stay there again.

Sehr angenehme Erfahrung, absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Ruhiges Hotel in einer Seitenstraße, Zimmer sehr großzügig, ungewöhnliche, aber ansprechende Einrichtung.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr freundlich

Cons:

Tiefgarage sehr eng, für große Autos ungeeignet, aber nicht das Problem des Hotels, ist auch bei öffentlichen Garagen meist so.

Das besondere Hotel mit dem speziellen Etwas, rundum Zufrieden.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Gelungenes Zimmer-Konzept. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Check-In wie auch Check-Out problemlos und schnell. Abendessen (Restaurant im Hause, Gault Millau) und Frühstück (Gebäude vis a vis) phantastisch.

Super bien placé pour le marché de noël

Cons:

Le prix du parking
Le manque d’intimité dans la chambre ; il n y a pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain. Depuis le lit, il y a une vue directe sur la douche. Et les toilettes dans une cabine à moitié ouverte.
Le lavabo est jolie mais pas pratique. Il déborde facilement.

Gute Lage in 10 Min zu Fuss im Zentrum

Die Lage

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft hat alles geklappt. Konnten die Koffer deponieren und hatten gleich alles bezahlt. Als wir wieder kamen war eine Dame dort und sie meinte wir müssen noch bezahlen. Als ich sagte ich hätte schon bezahlt, insistierte sie wehement und das geht gar nicht. Sie brauche auch noch eine Kreditkarte und ich sagte ich habe diese schon hinterlassen. Sie sollten einen besseren Überblick haben wer was erledigt hat und der Ton macht die Musik. Die Zimmer waren im Nebenhaus und im Treppenhaus roch es extrem nach frittiertem Oel. Nicht angenehm. Dann lagen noch Haarbüschel auf der Duschablage. Ich gehe davon aus, dass diese die Reinigerin zusammen nahm und vergessen hatte wegzunehmen.
