駐車場があるから予約したが、旧式のタワーパーキングで入らず誘導員は入るかの判断を誤り危うくクルマにキズがつくところだった。結局提携駐車場はココしか無く、一般の駐車場を自分で探すように言われ高い駐車料金を払うハメに。乗用車で向かうことは備考欄に記載していたのに何も言われていなかったからフロントで言うと、HPに書いてある、を正論で言ってきたが予約サイトで予約した人がわざわざ公式HPにどこに書いてあるか分からないような記載を確認しに行く人は居ない。しかも駐車場予約が必要だとかこちらに非があるかのようなフロントの男性の対応に本当に気分が悪かった。2度と泊まる事は無い。

マットレスがよかったです。
受付ロビーがある3階にコーヒーやお茶などの無料のドリンクサービスがあるのもよかったです。

ランドリーが1階で遠く、受付のある3階から1階まで階段で移動するのが少し大変でした。

車椅子でも安心できる素敵なホテルでした。
Pros:

車椅子ユーザーです。お部屋が広く、旋回できるスペースがあったのが非常に助かりました。
初めての連泊で、お部屋の掃除等はどうなるのかと思っていましたが、不在の間に済ませて頂けていたのでありがたかったです。
夜遅くにホテルに戻った際に、フロントの方が車椅子だと扉を開けながら入るのが大変ということもあり、一緒に部屋へ向かい、お部屋の扉を開けてくださいました。とても素敵なお心遣いをいただき嬉しかったです。
