Pros:

La propreté compte beaucoup pour moi. Alors là c’était nickel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, au bord de la mer, les pieds dans l’eau trop bien. Le petit déjeuner est aussi pas mal.

Cons:

L’insonorisation n’est pas top et la porte de la chambre ne se referme pas doucement, elle claque: c’est pas agréable au milieu de la nuit de se faire réveiller par ces claquement de porte.

Good location/amenities, terrible hotel rooms and unpleasant staff.
Pros:

Amenities were nice, pool was clean and the breakfast was nice. The location is pretty good too if you don’t want to be right in the mix of the party scene. The overnight staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No working AC, mosquito & cockroach ingestion, horrible beds.

Upon arrival our air conditioning was broken and the room felt to be around 85°F. When calling the front desk to explain we were told there was nothing they can do for 5 hours and when they could get someone to fix the issue we had to be present causing us to have to rearrange our booked plans. We stayed for 3 nights and it wasn’t until the last night that the overnight staff recognized the extent of the AC issue and offered us a new room even though we had the daytime staff there multiple times on days 1 & 2 with no resolution.

The AC shuts off after 24 straight hours of use for at least two hours (assuming because it’s so outdated and can’t function for that long) and if you open your balcony door, then AC will shut off. Once the AC is off, it took at least 2-3 hours for it to cool off again. None of this was information provided to us at check in.

Additionally, we had a mosquito and cockroach infestation in our room and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Incredibly hard mattresses and you could feel the springs through the mattress.

The staff was overall unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed very annoyed every time we called to have pretty big issues addressed (ie no working AC during the summer and mosquitoes AND cockroach infestation). However, the overnight staff was wonderful. They were quick to help us when we called and were very friendly.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For the money you pay you could get much nicer elsewhere.

Prima hotel, met voldoende voorzieningen en vriendelijk (Engelstalig) personeel
Pros:

Wat vooral er beviel is dat we al vroeg (om 9.00 uur) aankwamen in het hotel en we kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met uitkijk op de zee. Deze kamer was ook direct beschikbaar en konden dus gelijk terecht, dat was erg fijn. Het scheelt misschien ook dat het nog geen topdrukte was (eind mei), maar alsnog heel fijn dat we dit zo kregen.
Verder zijn de kamers netjes en verzorgd, ook de badkamer (ik heb geen schimmel kunnen ontdekken :-) ). De bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant, maar dat vind ik persoonlijk niet zo erg. Het ontbijt was prima, zwembad was niet erg groot maar voldoende om aan te liggen en even af te koelen of wat rondjes te zwemmen.
Verder hebben we ook gebruik gemaakt van een (strand) handdoeken service, dat kost 15,- borg en krijg je dus aan het einde ook weer terug. En als ze vies zijn kan je gewoon weer schone krijgen, erg goede service.

Cons:

We hadden een auto gehuurd en het zoeken naar een parkeerplek was wel een uitdaging. Het hotel heeft wel een parkeerplaatsje maar die staat erg snel vol. Maar uiteindelijk kon ik vaak redelijk dichtbij een plekje vinden.
Verder was het hotel iets verder van het centrum dan ik had gedacht, maar dat was minder erg omdat we ook een auto hadden. Daarnaast is er een taxi standplaats om de hoek en kan je ook met een watertaxi (5 minuten loopafstand) naar verschillende locaties, waaronder Ibiza stad.
