Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Der Check-in spät am Abend war in höchstem Maße unprofessionell. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir – auch nach erneuter Bestätigung – zugesichert, dass das Frühstück inkludiert sei. Am nächsten Morgen wurde dies plötzlich infrage gestellt und führte zu unnötigen Diskussionen. Ein solches Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und zeigt mangelnde interne Abstimmung.

Besonders ärgerlich: Trotz ausdrücklicher Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer nach einer anstrengenden Anreise erhielt ich ein Zimmer direkt neben einer Baustelle. Die Bauarbeiten begannen pünktlich um 8 Uhr morgens – Erholung war damit ausgeschlossen.

Mein Feedback habe ich am nächsten Morgen sachlich und konstruktiv geäußert. Eine angemessene Reaktion blieb jedoch aus – die Kommunikation war schwierig und wenig lösungsorientiert.

Der Strand ist zudem stark mit Algen belastet und lädt kaum zum Baden ein.

Das Hotel insgesamt wirkt kühl, funktional und ohne jede Atmosphäre. Der Service ist unprofessionell und entspricht nicht dem Anspruch, den man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten darf.

Fazit: Keine Empfehlung.

La verdad es que está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Quizás el bufete de noche al menos se queda corto. La segunda vez que fuimos, llegamos un poco tarde, pero había poca cantidad de comida, me pareció que había que estar un poco más atentos de que aún había clientes y que no habían acabado de cenar, como era nuestro caso.

Nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté des chambres.
Le personnel toujours aimable et serviable.
Et nous avons aimé les petits déjeuners et le buffet du soir, qui étaient rés variés et de grande qualité !

Cons:

Il n y a rien de particulier, à part le bruit des portes claquant le soir, par certains clients qui ne se préoccupent pas de leurs voisins qui souhaitent se reposer.
