La cuisine au bord de la cuisine est agréable pour préparer les repas. L’établissement est calme.
La localisation en bord de route, c’est très bruyant, on entend les voitures toute la nuit.

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff! The room has everything needed. Safe parking available. You can use the pool. Everything was clean and tidy. I asked for beach towels and they were provided. It’s close to a big supermarket. It’s not far from Tamarindo center, for me well located between the beaches around Tamarindo.
It’s close to a busy street, and therefore it could be a bit loud but for us it was not a problem.
Right around the pool you have what you need to prepare your food if needed/wanted, the fridge in the room is also very convenient.. and the room has enough space.. it's close to the beach and the movement. It was my second time there and I'd go back.
Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training.
The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out.
Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts.
Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.
There are no blankets or bed spread, only a top sheet. Pillows are hard.
Water pressure is too low for the shower head.
Few places to put suitcases.
Overhead light, and one small bedside lamp leave the other sleepers without light.

The owners are friendly and accommodating. They gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The property is gated and feels very safe, and provides a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. My room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, the shared kitchen had the equipment for making simple meals or reheating leftovers.
Access to the property is from a busy street and can take a bit of skill.
