La atención de la recepción, y la limpieza de la habitación, lo hice ver en recepción eramos 2 parejas en diferentes habitaciones y ambos tuvimos suciedades, incluso había un billete de 20 pesos tirado en el suelo y espagueti-

Bien, falta atención a la limpieza.
Cons:

La habitación parecía no haber sido limpiada en mucho tiempo, tenia muchísimo polvo. Tratamos un par de temas con el supervisor o encargado de recepción y su actitud deja mucho que desear.

Todo, son muy atentos, eficiencia, limpieza Nosotras llegamos antes de la hora del Check y sin problema nos atendieron y asignaron nuestra habitación.

Muy buena opción en Juriquilla
Pros:

La habitación estaba de muy buen tamaño. No sabía que contaban con sauna, grill y fogatero, de lo contrario hubiéramos ampliado la estancia. El personal muy amable y la comida también rica. Estuvimos muy cómodos y a pesar de estar en el segundo piso no hubo ruido externo que nos molestara.

Cons:

La alberca no estaba climatizada y fue una de las razones por las que reservamos aquí. El estacionamiento lo siento muy desprotegido, aunque no sufrimos inconvenientes. La señal de HBO se trababa mucho. No había esponja ni jabón para los trastes.
