Pros:

Very pleasant experience, accommodation, wonderful food and waiter service in the restaurant to be appreciated.

Cons:

We called the receptionist to make a reservation but she told us a higher price than what was shown on booking (150€) without taking into account the discounts that are made with the “genius” version from booking itself. And we made the reservation with booking

Το πρώτο βράδυ κρυώναμε και δεν μας έδωσαν παπλωμα.
Το air condition ήταν στο κρύο και παγώσαμε η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν είπε δεν μπορεί να το βάλει στο ζεστό ενώ την άλλη μέρα το πρωί ο ρεσεψιονίστ να εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως.

Exterior: a localização do hotel na natureza deveria estar mais cuidada, o caminho para o "rio" é inexistente;

Excelente hotel, pésimo servicio al cliente.

El lugar es espectacular, instalaciones hermosas, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

1. El servicio del staf es pésimo, tanto en el bar como la recepción, no hay nada de cultura de servicio al cliente, no son amables, gente muy seca y seria. Para el tipo de hotel que es, el servicio debería ser al menos un poco más amable y cálido.
2. Si hace mal tiempo, no hay nada que hacer allí, el hotel no tiene espacios para hacer actividades, preguntamos en recepción y dijeron que no había nada, el día que nos fuimos descubrimos que había un pequeño gym.
