Pros:

the host lady was super nice and cute, she helped to get to the bus station by her little scooter. she even gave me a watermelon and some Wuzhen specialty cake as a gift!

Excellent
Pros:

Everything was OK, super clean and cozy. But Han, the woman, is in another level. She will be always there to take care of us, giving us fruit and everything she has. She was so nice with our daughter, espcecially with the little one.

This place is excellent thanks to the owner, we will repeat for sure! ❤️

Habitació preciosa i super ben ubicada. La dona que ho regenta és encantadora i ens va ajudar en tot moment, també quan havíem d’agafar un taxi per marxar, fins i tot ens va acompanyar a comprar les entrades pel poble. És com anar a la casa de la mama

Pros:

The staff at the hotel were super lovely! Very welcoming and accomodating when we asked for extra bath towels or conditioner. We forgot a charger in our room and the owner very kindly drove her moped around to look for us and hand it back to us. We would definitely stay again!

Petit établissement familial et authentique, avec un accueil exceptionnel ! Très bien situé dans Wuzhen historique, entre les 2 aires " payantes ".
La propriétaire est attentive et vous aidera pour faciliter votre séjour et rendra votre séjour inoubliable ! Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Pros:

The location is great, near Wuzhen Dongzha which is very quiet in the morning. The host lady swapped a room with a window for me, looking over on the river, which was nice. And the mattress was firm, which was great for my back after a long day haha. The host was also very friendly to give me a ride to Xizha and back. Communication was fine because i can speak some basic Chinese.

Fantastic stay in the wuzhen on memory inn and appreciative of the lady owner taking care of us during the trip.
Pros:

This is a hotel that gave us memorable experiences. It is an idyllic hotel and our room is overlooking the river. Best part is the services provided by the lady owner, who is so helpful and welcoming. She even took my little girl out for a motorcycle ride. And she is a petite lady and she helps carry our 4 luggage with her. Very thankful for the lady owner who makes our trip so much pleasant.
