Great staff, helpful, great facility in the province
Pros:

The room I was assigned had a water leak in the bathroom. Initially, I requested a room change, but my request was denied. However, when the screw on the toilet pipe broke, the bathroom became flooded. The front staff immediately inspected the room and arranged for me to change rooms. The rest of my stay was perfect. During check-in, you will choose your breakfast order. It is well-prepared and served promptly by the staff. I had Vietnamese pho noodles.

Cons:

This is not a complaint, but rather a caution for all visitors. The hotel is located outside the city, so be prepared to encounter mosquitoes, bugs, and lizards. If you find them bothersome, don't hesitate to ask the hotel staff to inspect your room, as they may disrupt your sleep.
