Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und persönliche Betreuung, großzügiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett; hervorragendes Frühstück nach individuellen Wünschen persönlich serviert. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, für örtliche Verhältnisse günstig, mir wurde angeboten diesen auch am nächsten Vormittag weiter zu nutzen, bis mein Termin erledigt war. Kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Gerne wieder!

Definitely would stay here again! (and you should too)!
Pros:

Peter and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were plentiful with a variety of options. Small family-run hotel. Room was suitable for single traveler. Hotel is handy to bus routes, castle, university, Located in Old Town.

The facility is a bit dated, but the kindness of the owner makes up for it!
Pros:

The owner is an extremely nice person. Very helpful and kind! This is how a family-owned business should feel!

Cons:

The bathroom could use an update, especially the slippery bathtub, which makes getting out after showering a bit of a safety hazard.

perfect, comfortable, just what I needed
Pros:

Location is within walking distance for all the sights you want to see, just park your car at the hotel's parking lot and do it all on foot.
The staff is extremely friendly and there for you night and day, not something you can take for granted in a smaller Hotel.

Exceptional staff, cozy room, and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The staff was exceptional: everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a small issue during the booking process, but they handled it with great care and professionalism, making me feel completely safe and comfortable traveling alone as a woman.

Upon arrival, they immediately provided me with a map and a personalized guide to the places I was interested in, which was extremely helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay.

Breakfast was delicious. Although it’s not a buffet, they bring you all their available options if you wish, and everything was tasty, nutritious, and very filling—perfect if you plan to spend the day walking around, as I did.

I would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay here again if I return to Heidelberg.
