We had a one night stay at this villa. Got the room with the jacuzzi. Room was top notch, very modern, squeaky clean. Bathroom was very spacious, clean and jacuzzi was very relaxing. Staff was very friendly and availabile at all times if we needed anything. We got breakfast as part of our package, and it was plenty & delicious. Out of all the places I have stayed in Unawatuna area, this place gave the best value for the money I paid. Will definitely come back.

We were very pleased with the hotel with our baby. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bed and breakfast were lovely. They even offered a late check-out because our flight was at night. Everything was perfect.
Everything about the Villa is great. The hosts were very kind and cordial. They cared for our safety even beyond their responsibility limits.

La villa è pulita e molto bella! Quando siamo arrivati siamo stati subito accolti dal personale che si è sempre dimostrato gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti. Si sono assicurati che stessimo trascorrendo delle belle giornate ed è stato molto piacevole chiacchierare con loro.
La camera è molto ampia e dotata di ogni comfort. Il bagno è pulito e ha una grande vasca.
Il climatizzatore funzionava bene e il terrazzino è molto piacevole.
Inoltre la colazione è ottima e abbondante!

La struttura è situata in una zona super centrale. Moderna e pulita, vieni accolto da persone gentili e disponibili che ti riempiono il cuore. Camere ampie, ben strutturate e dotate di climatizzatore e tv. Inoltre la colazione è ottima e abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente🫶🏻

Had a superb and plentiful English breakfast. The Jacuzzi experience was amazing.
Better to have single queen or king sized bed ,instead of 2 adjoined beds. Better to have hangers or something similar in the wardrobe.
Everything was on point the owners were really good people with a big smile on their face as always. The room was good and the location was easy to find + the breakfast was delicious ♥️

Very cozy Villa away from the crowd. The place is owned and run by a very nice couple . 11/10 customer service felt like a home . The owner even dropped me off to the railway station because it was very early in the morning . The breakfast is continental and quite good.

The staff was very kind and generous. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was super especially the jacuzzi 😍
There was a strong cooking smell that wasn't aired out at all. Also the towels were a little old.
The only issue was the difficulty to reach the host as the direction to the address not clear and the confusion about room with a view vs with balcony
Villa 73 Unawatuna offers spacious, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and exceptional, friendly service.
A very personal family driven small hotel with high service and care for the guests, both the owners and the manager Seneth. The breakfast was excellent with a various off dishes and the room large and well designed. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi. The distance to Unawatuna beach is a 20 min walk and the Jungle beach can be reached with a Tuk Tuk within 15 min.
