Central and great for a short stay
Pros:

The room is simple but well designed for a beach area. A few steps from the beach, very centrally located, with easy access to eateries, it's fantastic that way. It's quiet and peaceful and the only disturbance, which is temporary surely, is the construction work done at the back. At night there was some sand offloading or some work of that sorts but it created minimal discomfort.

Epic location - right next to the beach and short walk to cafes/restaurants.

Disappointing
Pros:

Close to the beach.

Cons:

Very dated and in need of upgrading.
Bins not emptied at all in our room. Had to ask for a broom to sweep our room. Cleaning was supposed to be alternate days.
Water and toilet paper not replenished.
No matress covers and linen old.
We made the most of it but were not comfortable.
Dampness on wall in bathroom significant.
Didn't see staff at all during our visit.
We only want to be honest, but sadly we would not recommend.

Location is in front of the beach and staff very helpful

Cons:

I believe the hotel needs to upgrade the overall colour palette to more modern hues.
It feels outdated.

Good value for money
Pros:

Well located in Hiriketiya and good value for money.
The staff were friendly and accommodated us with a last minute booking.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was patchy and there was a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Great hotel stay and close to beach
Pros:

A wonderful hotel to stay. We went with out kids and the rooms were good size and comfortable. Everything was working as it should including the AC. Location is superb if you want t visit the beach as its only 5mins walk from the hotel. Loads of restaurants to eat day and night. All in all a very good place and highly recommend.

Pros:

Virkelig god lokation og rene værelser. Personalet var søde og lod os tjekke ind før tid.

Cons:

Der var virkelig lydt og meget støj fra vejen. Værelserne var slidte og afløbet på badeværelset var tilkoblet flere værelser så det larmede og lugtede. Ikke velegnet når man rejser med små børn.
Strømmen gik under vores ophold og var væk i næsten 10 timer hvilket resulterede i et meget varmt værelse og det var umuligt at sove. Hotellet har ingen nødgenerator ligesom de omkringliggende hoteller har.
