Pros:

De locatie is top, vlakbij het strand. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel, met een goed werkende airco en een prima balkon.

Cons:

Toen we aankwamen gaf het personeel aan dat ze ons korting wilden geven omdat ze een actie hadden. Ze zouden dan aan booking.com doorgeven dat er een 'no-show' was. Toen wij aangaven dat we dan dubbel zouden betalen omdat de kosten dan op de creditcard komen én contant betaald zouden worden, gaven ze aan dat dat niet zo is, hoewel dit duidelijk in de voorwaarden staat. We zijn hiet niet mee akkoord gegaan.

Pros:

Big light rooms with huge bed.
Staff were really friendy & so helpful - Chani found out about buses to Ella for me, drove me to bus stop in his tuk tuk & waited for the bus with me, couldn't of done more to help.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr sehr zentral, wodurch alles super erreichbar ist. Wir haben das Hotel sehr spontan und spät gebucht & auch das war garkein Problem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber uns wurde eine Reinigung angeboten, das war super!

Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Budget Zimmer, dessen Fenster leider nur auf den öffentlichen Gang hinaus geht. Daher Vorhänge immer geschlossen und nie wirklich Tageslicht. Das war im Vorhinein nicht ganz ersichtlich. Sonst alles super.

Excellent hotel with great location
Pros:

Excellent hotel located a 2 minute walk away from Hiriketiya beach and on the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Staff were very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special.

Great location, directly across the road from Hiriketiya beach. Friendly staff who helped us organise taxis etc.

Good sized room with great AC.

Cons:

Daily cleaning (rather then every 2nd day) would be nice as there was always sand from being at the beach in the rooms.

The rooms weren't very sound proof so could hear people in other rooms. Not a problem with some good ear plugs but worth noting.

Convenient stay
Pros:

It was convenient considering closeness to the beach but

Cons:

Rooms are not spacious and had no coffee or tea for a $80-100 room :(
Also had water bottles filled with tap water which shouldn’t be for calibre of the place and its price tag

This hotel is in a great location to the beach but the bathroom was gross

Breakfast wasnt offered to us and the location was great

The unit smelt like a toilet and the basin leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Great value, big rooms, perfect location
Pros:

big, air-conditioned room in an unbeatable location. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to have proper amenities in the room (including what looked like a great hairdryer which is hard to find in Sri Lanka… though it was missing the adapter to actually use it!). No pool, but honestly for the price you can't complain. Would recommend.
