Cons:

We booked this apartment wiz option to pay on arrival. But immediately after that their manager called my phone and started demanding a deposit. When I refused to pay outside the website they completely changed their strategy. They intentionally started texting me a list of terrible things about the apartment saying that it is located right next to the noisy elevator, there is a loud road outside and they have no water at all. It was an obvious trick to make me click the cancellation button myself so they would not get penalized by the website. When I refused to cancel it manually they just cancelled our booking from their side

But the worst thing happened later when they stole my private data. Their staff used my phone number and name without my permission to create fake ghost bookings at other properties on Booking.com. This is a severe privacy breach and illegal identity theft. I have already collected all screenshots of their threats and forwarded this case directly to the cyber police. Keep your distance from that place

Я бронював номер для своєї дружини та дитини. Постіль була брудною, і моїй дружині відповіли, що це зробила вона. Але ж вона тільки зайшла в номер. Нам довелось доплатити кошти щоб принесли нову постєль

Хорошее местоположение;приветливый персонал;ресторан со свежеприготовленными и вкусными завтраками и ужинами.Чистая постель, удобная кровать.

Относительно недалеко от города

Cons:

Очень шумно, работает какой-то как кондиционер всю ночь то включается, то выключается. Плюс ужасный шум дороги. Окна всех номеров выходят на дорогу (так сказала администратор). Лейка в душе брызгает во все стороны, полотенца в пятнах. Телевизор и кондиционер не работают - возможно батарейки сели в пультах. В прикроватном светильнике нет лампочки 🤡 очень тусклый свет в номере, ничего не видно. Матрас ужасный. Если одному переночевать, то ещё допустимо, если вам нормально спать с диким шумом дороги и кондиционира (или что то включалось регулярно всю ночь). Постель вроде чистая была, а там кто знает - в полумраке не видно особо.
Из плюсов: регулируются батареи отопления, горячая вода была, шторы затемняют более или менее. Завтрак включен в стоимость, но мы не остались, хотелось скорее уехать оттуда((
