Pros:

The room, the balcony, and the entrance part were clean and spacious, sheets and towels were clean, there were travel soap, shampoo, and a new roll of toilet paper. In the room, there was a TV on the wall (didn't try it). Wifi and mobile internet both worked. The balcony faced the private sector, which probably was more quiet than in the rooms on the opposite side of the building that faced a big (almost like a small forest, very pleasant) park and a street to the city center.

Cafe in the hotel didn't work in one of the mornings (I tried going there only once), so probably better not to rely too much on it. But there was an IT school in the same building that had a lot of rooms that I used as a coworking space once, which was very convenient. Also, some notes in the hotel building mentioned that there will be no hot water after a certain hour, and the hot water was there all the time.

Public transport stops are just near the hotel door.

Cons:

I liked the bathroom, it was enough for one person. But there's not a lot of space for maneuver between the shower box, sink, and toilet: one spot to stand between all three of them, a bit crowded.

So the bathroom was clean and new, but it was miniature, other parts of the room were way more spacious.
