Pros:

Дуже дякуємо готелю «Жовтневий» за теплий прийом! ❤️ Приємний і привітний персонал, який без проблем зустрів нас вночі та погодився на поселення о 5-й ранку. Для нас це було дуже важливо! 🥰

Good value for the price, nice staff.

Cons:

The rooms are rather uninspiring, I assume they all look exactly like the photo - mine sure did. The furniture is dated, the room was poorly lit.

Pros:

Привітний персонал. Треба було лишитись ще на день, дівчата вирішили питання, лишилась в заброньованому номері. Гарне розташування.

Cons:

В номері дуже душно, вікно відкрити неможливо-шумно від транспорту на дворі. Не удобні змішувачі в санузлі, високий поверх(4), старий ремонт.

Брудні засмальцьовані стіни,. Брудна ванна кімната, штори в плісняві. Ковролін брудний. Холодильник не працював. Жах, а не готель. Немає кондиціонера, а вікна відкрити неможливо на ніч, бо дуже шумно від транспорту..

Пропалене цигарками синтетичне покривало то нічого. Загалом, чисто, є все необхідне.
Pros:

Є ел.чайник, холодильник( не перевіряв , чи працює).

Cons:

Все було добре, але вранці довелося трохи поборотися з мурахами за свій сніданок
