Нічого не сподобалося

Cons:

Готель жахливий, у номері смерділо перегаром , взяли ковдру у ній були замотані пусті бутилки з під горілки, килим у весь заплямований, світла не було, було холодно дуже , на підвіконні лежали недопалки від сигарет, номер коштує 850, плюс забрали 195 туристичний збір, ми як військові заїхали пізно, ніхто нічого не показав сказали підіймайтесь по сходам навіть ліхтарик не запропонували. Нікому не рекомендують, умови жахливі

Це просто жах,був заброньований люкс на три дні, а по факту ми ночували в коморі з жахливими умовами. Чому не попередили?чому ми мусили, з маленькою дитиною,ночувати в таких умовах?
