It felt like stepping into a graceful, heartwarming film — and we didn’t want it to end.
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights. The moment we stepped through the door of Swiss Inn, it felt like walking into a scene from an old film — wooden stairs, a sunlit garden, quietly blooming flowers on the windowsill. Everything was just right. The room was bright, clean, and every corner was carefully taken care of, making us want to stay longer.

But what truly made this place special was Veronica. She showed me that elegance has nothing to do with age. She wears a well-pressed shirt, gold-rimmed glasses, and a delicate watch on her wrist. Her hair is always neatly combed, her voice is soft yet clear, and she explained everything with such patience and care. Being treated with such warmth and attention felt truly precious during our travels. Because of her, our time in Interlaken became more complete and more beautiful.

If you are planning to visit Interlaken, I would highly recommend staying here. It is more than just a hotel — it is a place that makes you want to stop, slow down, and simply be❤️

Cons:

Nothing at all — everything was absolutely lovely. The room was spotless, the garden was peaceful, and Veronica’s warm hospitality made us feel truly at home.

Located near the west station. Old heritage building. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Very small room. No elevator, we had to take our heavy luggage up the stairs.

Extremely overpriced, very poor quality

The woman at the reception was quite kind and offered to drive us to the Interlaken Ost train station at departure

Cons:

For the price (726 CHF per night!), this was very disappointing quality. The pathway is torn up and difficult to pull suitcases down, the apartment has both musty and food smells, the towels were thin, scratchy, and also had an odor, one of the showers had several black hairs all over it at check-in, the paint was peeling from the cupboards, and there were cobwebs on the ceilings of both bedrooms. While it’s labelled as “economy,” even that title is generous, given it was both expensive and such low quality.

일단 인터라켄서역이랑매우가깝습니다 도보로 6분정도??? 쿱마트도가깝고 미그로스고가깝구요 객실크기도 적당히큽니다
3층에서바라보는 산 뷰가 너무너무좋습니다
그리고 젤 중요한건 호스트인 아주머니가 굉장히 친절하시다는겁니다
나중에 또 스위스를 오게될수있다면 무조건 재방문할예정입니다

Relaxing and fantastic experience
Pros:

The reception that we received was so friendly and helpful. Of all places in Switzerland we never received such a caring and helpful host. Even giving us advice on the best time to visit local attractions was spot on and saved us so much time.
