Great stay
Pros:

Great location, the vintage big house, white bed linen is always best. The bathroom was spot less depute being vintage. Air con, window in bathroom. I managed to the cleaners at work in the room opposite us & they were doing a fantastic job. The free parking was a big big plus

Cons:

No lock in bathroom, no lift which should be mentioned in the hotel description.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly reception, comfortable room with coffee making facilities, a microwave and a fridge.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault as we should have checked when we booked but being closer to Interlaken West, we had to add 20 minute walk to Interlaken East in the morning as most trains leave from there. One to be aware about if your plan is to do day trips from Interlaken.

Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The pros definitely outweigh the cons.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was really nice to have access to a laundry room and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic.

Cons:

The hallway smelled very strongly of smoke or smokers and the accommodation looked a little outdated. Wondering if new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint could fix the smoking smell in the common areas? Honestly, that was the only downside of staying here was the feeling like the place could really benefit from a nice update!

Perfectly located and world class hospitality
Pros:

Veronica who runs the front desk is the most accommodating host you could ask for. Any questions we had she answered and went above and beyond to help. She chauffeured, tour guided, and even helped with our washing. If you want somewhere you feel safe, warm & welcome, this quaint little Inn will take care of you.
