Pros:

Lovely setting and friendly staff

Cons:

The bed was so creaky, every time there was a movement it woke me up which means I didn’t have a great sleep. I think the beds need updating. The breakfast was only ok.

Well worth a visit
Pros:

Our whole experience at this hotel was amazing,Lisa at reception was so friendly & welcoming. Niall at the bar another friendly staff member & the breakfast crew couldn't fault the hotel & staff.Keep ip the great work.

Pros:

Nice old period house. Good new bathrooms. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

On the river but not much in the hotel itself to do. Had a room at the top of the house and it felt a bit too old and could benefit from some upgrades.

Lovely place
Pros:

We went just for little while. Staff so friendly, room ready for us at our arrival. Such a nice place to stay, very cozy and comfy. All clean and tidy. With view to the river. On the next day a delicious breakfast.
Really recommended!

Lovely hotel but let down by Staff at check out.
Pros:

We loved the location, the breakfast and it's nearness to Kinsale.

Cons:

There was an issue with the reception's understanding of Booking.com policies. Having paid through Booking.com 6 days before we were to check out we were presented with a bill on checking out. Questions were asked re. the amount paid etc while they tried to sort it out. We were made to feel very uncomfortable even though I had Booking.com receipt to prove it. Eventually it was sorted but the interaction was a negative on hotel's competence and knowledge of their booking systens and made us feel that our honesty was in question.We were not expecting to feel like this on departure.

Wie in einem Schloss mit traumhaftem Garten!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das mit seinem traumhaften Garten fast wie ein kleines Schloss wirkt. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, außergewöhnlich groß und bot einen traumhaften Blick ins Grüne. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Cons:

Es wirkte, als wäre vergessen worden das Zimmer zu saugen: Im Badezimmer befanden sich noch Haare auf dem Boden und im Zimmer sogar ein Stift einer Haarbürste. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr sauber, weshalb wir von einem einmaligen Versehen ausgehen. Wir haben uns dadurch auch nicht unwohl gefühlt, obwohl wir, was Sauberkeit anbelangt, sehr empfindlich sind.

Very dirty, mold in the bathroom, hair everywhere in the shower and on the floor, dirty floor, not washed. The sheets were dirty and had blood on them... I don't recommend it, I will never stay there again. The bed and chairs are in very poor condition.

Stilvolles Manor House in toller Lage.

Cons:

Das Haus hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und könnte ein Make-over vertragen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, verschmutzte Decke auf dem Bett, Bad nicht sauber. Kaum Steckdosen vorhanden für den Haartrockner. Alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war nicht informiert. An-Abreisezeiten waren nicht klar.
Frühstück wurde lieblos serviert. Da kam keine Freude auf. Das geht besser.
