Hôtel peu recommandé pour les étrangers ou/et touristes
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu

Cons:

L’ascenseur, le spa, et la climatisation (en période de forte chaleur) n’étaient pas fonctionnels. Grande variation de pression dans la salle d’eau (peu de pression puis d’un coup beaucoup de pression). Hôtel peu accessible pour des étrangers / touristes, le personnel ne parle pas anglais et certains dévisage les clients étrangers dès le matin.

Le personnel complètement incompétent
Le petit déjeuner absolument pas compatible avec le classement de l’hôtel
Le personnel occupé sur l’écran du téléphone portable et ignorant complètement la présence des clients
À la réception - impossible d’avoir un conseil utile, sachant qu’il y a deux sites touristiques aux alentours - à la question « puis-je aller visiter à pied la forteresse » j’ai reçu la réponse «  je ne sais pas du tout, je ne suis pas d’ici »…
