Chambre propre, mais datant d’une autre époque, le personnel incompétent

Le personnel complètement incompétent
Le petit déjeuner absolument pas compatible avec le classement de l’hôtel
Le personnel occupé sur l’écran du téléphone portable et ignorant complètement la présence des clients
À la réception - impossible d’avoir un conseil utile, sachant qu’il y a deux sites touristiques aux alentours - à la question « puis-je aller visiter à pied la forteresse » j’ai reçu la réponse «  je ne sais pas du tout, je ne suis pas d’ici »…

Disappointed! I ended just ended up leaving didn’t even stay the night.
Pros:

The location was nice, there is a good restaurant downstairs and the view was very beautiful from the window.

Cons:

The room smelled a bit damp, bed were very worn out and a bit unclean, there was hair left on the sheets. Overall the room was very old and outdated. I was a bit shocked that this is a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Beh, il Sani è sempre un ottimo punto di riferimento per stare in zona Asenovgrad. Buona la camera, doccia super grande, ottima colazione dolce e salata con pietanze tipiche bulgare come la bainitsa e intercontinentale. Bello anche aver trovato una bottiglia d acqua grande in camera.

Cons:

I canali TV pochissimi e apparecchio datato, un rinnovo ci starebbe. Il wifi non sempre connesso e il piccolo frigoBar staccato e vuoto.

המיקום טוב, וגודל החדר

Cons:

הייתי עם קבוצה והיו לנו 5 חדרים, התלונות היו זהות לכולם !!
1. ביקשתי מפקידת הקבלה להפריד/ לחבר מיטות מספר פעמים, למרות זאת לא נעשה דבר!! אני הייתי צריך לעשות את זה.
2. ארוחת הבוקר דלה מאוד.
3. בחדר אין שקעי הטענה, היינו צריכים לנתק את ה TV על מנת להטעין פלאפונים.
4. המיים במקלחת פעם חמים ופעם קרים מאוד, לא ניתן להתקלח
