El personal , fue muy amable en todo momento ayudándote a todo lo q podían...muy buenas personas, hicimos excursiones de las cuevas con ellos y nos llevaron al aeropuerto como un favor ,,gente maravillosa.

Bed sheets were yellowish. Wash Basin was moving (not fixed properly) . No hook for Jet Spray. No tissue paper in washroom. Dirty water flowing all the time outside Hotel

Bathroom was barely functional with most ‘furniture’ unattached from the wall
Traffic noise at the front and regular trains passing at the rear. Mattresses were hard and thin. Electrical sockets were loose and/or broken. Left early and moved elsewhere

Der Hotelbesitzer war überaus hilfsbereit, genau wie in vielen anderen Bewertungen beschrieben. Er vermittelte uns eine günstige 2Tagestour zu den Caves, die wir mit einem ausgezeichneten Fahrer entspannt genießen konnten. Seine Ratschläge bezüglich Restaurants und Cafés waren gut. Ein überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt auch dank des aufmerksamen Personals. Natürlich kann man in der Bahnhofsgegend und zu dem Preis kein Öko-Resort erwarten. Aber für das An-/Weiterkommen ist die Lage günstig, da man sich nicht durch den Verkehr quälen muss. Diesem sympathischen Hotel wünschen wir viele zufriedene Gäste, so wie wir.

5 min walk from the station, which is very comfortable if you travel by train. Some good restaurants within a walking distance. The owner can help with tours to the caves. Hot water in the morning and on request in the evening. Very clean
