Godt imot tatt når vi kom.
Veldig behagelig og hyggelig personell.
Gratis parkering.
Det var basseng der, men fikk dessverre ikke benyttet dette siden jeg kom sent.

Pros:

ein sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, sehr günstige Lage am Kurpark, nur 5 Minuten Laufzeit zur Innenstadt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und gute schallisolierte Fenster.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart (wir waren im Zimmer 19), wenn man weichere gewohnt ist, kann man nur schlecht einschlafen. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, nur ein Hinweis, viele mögen ja härtere Matratzen.

Gutes Hotel mit Modernisierungs-Potenzial.
Pros:

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool-Bereich war sehr ansprechend gestaltet und neuwertig. Toll für unser Kind war der beheizte Pool bei mäßigem Wetter. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, freundlich und aufmerksam. Zusatzanfragen wurden sofort umgesetzt. Ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken auf dem Flur war mit sehr leckeren Getränken gefüllt. Die Lage am Kurpark ist super. Wir waren aufgrund einer Feier im Vogelhaus in der Unterkunft.
Alles ist sehr sauber und hygienisch. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Netter Frühstücksraum, beim Frühstück ist alles vorhanden.Es herrscht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer lauten Straße, was das Öffnen der Fenster in der Nacht für uns nicht möglich machte. Dementsprechend warm war es nachts. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hin. Die Betten waren steinhart. Ich fühlte mich wie auf einem Feldbett und konnte sehr, sehr schlecht schlafen, mein Mann konnte besser darauf liegen. Die zweite Nacht schlief ich auf der Schlafcouch, aber dies war ebenfalls nur mäßig bequem.
Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wir buchen häufig Hotels in der Preisklasse und würden behaupten, dass dieses Hotel unsere Erwartungen in der Ausstattung nicht gänzlich erfüllt haben.
