Doskonała lokalizacja, czystość na dobrym poziomie, ładne otoczenie.

Brak możliwości wjazdu na parking, pomimo opłacenia, garaż podziemny jest za mały dla większych samochodów i nie ma jak zaparkować. Skromne śniadania jak na deklarowany standard i cenę. Przerywające polączenie WiFi w pokoju. Niezbyt przyjemna obsługa w recepcji oraz nieprofesjonalny serwis - przez trzy dni nikt nie dołożył kapsułek do ekspresu kawowego. Kiepski stosunek jakości do ceny.

The hotel gladly accepts guests, but the restaurant seems to prioritize locals over hotel guests. As paying guests, we were sent elsewhere for breakfast and lunch, which was extremely disappointing. Traveling with a child made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to families. We felt unwelcome throughout our stay.

סויטת גלרי צד האגם מרווחת מאוד, נקי מאוד. המיטה נוחה. המיטה נמצאת בגלריה למעלה. המקלחת גם גדולה ומרווחת.
הצוות מאוד אדיב. היתה לנו הזמנה ל3 סוויטות ללילה אחד, יומיים לפני הוספתי עוד לילה וטעיתי במספר הסוויטות, הם ביטלו ללא עלות את הסוויטה המיותרת למרות שהיתה ללא החזר וסידרו לנו אותם.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת, יש להם גם ארוחת ערב, אך לא הספקנו לאכול שם. המלון ממוקם קרוב לשפת האגם, 5 דקות הליכה לחוף רחצה מסודר עם כסאות וצמוד לבריכות הטרמיות) מאוד נחמד שם 3 שעות יספיקו. באיזור יש מספר מסעדות ובתי קפה רובם במרחק הליכה.

Cons:

השינוי לא במלון אלא הפרסום של תמונה של בריכות בתמונות הראשונות של המלון- זה מטעה, חשבתי שהבריכה במלון. למלון אין בריכה! הבריכות נמצאות צמוד למלון, בריכןת טרמיות.
שימו לב שלא בכל החדרים יש מיזוג.

Die Suite war sehr schön, obwohl ich der Meinung bin, dass ich eine andere gebucht habe..Bei der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass es nicht für Menschen mit Rollator o.ä.gedacht istì.Am ersten Tag standen die Reinigungsutensilien

Gute Betreuung der Käste wäre anders!!
Pros:

Leider war bei der Ankunft ein Ganz anderes für uns bereit gestellt. Es entsprach nicht dem, was wir bezahlt hatten. So etwas ist unverschämt. Nach Aussage des Personals hätten wir eben eher anreisen sollen. Dies war sehr unverschämt!!
Wir haben heinen finanziellen Ausgleich bekommen!
