The staff were just wonderful, lovely pool area and fabulous cool room

The hotel was awesome, really comfortable and the location was calm without being far from everything.
The staff was really kind and friendly.

The staff were SO nice!! We were greeted with tea, and made sure that our stay was the best possible. Even though check-out is at 12, we were allowed to stay longer to enjoy the pool and even take a shower in the evening before going to our night bus. They have bikes to loan, free of charge, and very helpful with tips about local restaurants and such. 100% recommend!

Host lady from Muni family is just wonderful. Very attentive, welcoming, caring and flexible. We got welcome refreshment, after check out we were able to leave our luggage at the office. Offered us home made sweets. The room was nice, clean and bathroom very well aired 🩷. Definitely, they go above and beyond! Our best stay in Cambodia. 🩷

Everything was absolutely perfect at Muni Residence. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcome you in a way that makes you feel like part of their family. The breakfast was superb, the room was beautiful and sparkling clean, and the surrounding ambiance is lovely and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Battambang!

The staff is incredible ! They are all very welcoming and generous ! It’s really a 5 star service ! I’ve travelled in Cambodia for several weeks and I have to say that Muni had the most comfortable bed from all my previous accommodations (from backpacker hostels to 5 star hotels), the bed was soft and cozy. The location is also great ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients, avec une mention toute particulière pour Moon, qui a été une hôte formidable tout au long de notre séjour.

Les chambres sont superbes, spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées. La piscine est également un vrai plus : agréable, bien entretenue et parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite.

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et copieux. Nous avons aussi déjeuné plusieurs fois à l’hôtel et les plats étaient toujours délicieux.

Autre avantage très appréciable : des vélos sont mis gratuitement à disposition des clients pour découvrir les environs. Enfin, l’hôtel propose gratuitement un service de prise en charge en tuk-tuk à la station de bus, ce qui rend l’arrivée particulièrement simple et confortable.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 😊

Eine wirklich sehr nette Familie die diese kleine aber schöne Unterkunft betreibt. Sie Begrüßung war sehr herzlich mit einem kalten Tee. Ich habe sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade aufs Zimmer bekommen. Echt mega. :)
Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Bett äußerst bequem und ein großes helles Badezimmer. Im Zimmer befand sich dann noch Obst zum essen. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Der Pool war eine willkommene Abkühlung und man kann auch einen Roller über die Unterkunft buchen.

I truly can’t recommend this place enough! I truly felt like second family from the second I walked in , Moon the host, truly treated me with so much love and respect & even upgraded my room!! If you’re thinking of booking here, please do!! It was beautiful and great location!!

Absolutely everything. Muni the host could not have been more helpful and attentive. Beautiful boutique stay with great food in perfect location.

I had a terrific stay. The family were wonderful hosts, very caring and considerate. They arranged for me to be picked up at the bus station and again as i left, I received little sweet treats every day, and got help with any questions. The bed was super comfortable, the room spotless with excellent AC. The area is lovely, very close to the river and nice cafes and restaurants, but quiet and safe.
I cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely everything!

The hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions we had. The food was delicious, and they even gave us some local treats to try out. We felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again!
