Muni ist eine kleine Oase ganz nah zum Fluss. Wir haben uns zweimal dir Räder kostenlos ausgeliehen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Moon und ihre Familie sind überaus freundlich und auch immer hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber trotzdem für eine Abkühlung gut. Das Deluxe-Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine Nachspeisen dürfen wir immer probieren, fie köstlich waren
Wir haben mit dem Tuk-Tuk Fahrer Mr. Khem Ry eine Tagestour gebucht und einen tollen Tag vetbracht. Er hat uns das Umland, einiges Sehenswertes und vor allem auch das Leben der Menschen und die vielfältige Flora und Fauna gezeigt und viele Kräuter probieren lassen. Wir können ihn nur empfehlen und das Tuk-Tuk ist auch super komfortabel. DANKE für die schöne Zeit in Battsmbang.

Very friendly guest focussed service including being picked up from the station and being met with fresh drinks and fruit on arrival. Responsive and helpful to organise onward travel and activities.

Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at in our whole 6 months of travelling Asia (8 countries). The service, from khem Ry the Tuk Tuk driver and from the whole team at the hotel.

Please book this hotel you won’t regret. We got 5 star treatment, collected from our train, given a welcome fruit and juice package, welcomed to a really friendly team. Our room was upgraded to a garden view room, they were just 100/10 wow. The grey clean interior, humidifier, excellent AC, flat screen Tv with Netflix, spotless big bathroom and most importantly, the COMFIEST BED myself or my girlfriend ever stayed in.

We said that we would return to Battambang solely for this accommodation and the incredible service. Also Khem Ly was our favourite Tuk Tuk driver, so friendly and professional, we also did the 30 dollar tour, absolutely incredible he brought us to all main attractions while also taking us through countryside giving us info all all local plants fruit with samples, coolest and most unexpected tour! So genuine and authentic.

Location great, 80c Tuk Tuk to main road cafes ( or 5 min walk). Big convenience store and gym 4 min walk.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt! Kostenlose Abholung an der Bushaltestelle, immer liebevolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen - Mal ein Dessert oder auch Früchte zum Ankommen und Abschied, ein Willkommensfoto und vieles mehr! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Personnel accueillant et bienveillant, plein d'attentions. tres bel etablissement, peu de chambres (avec une petite terrasse sympa), ce qui donne une ambiance calme et cosi. Une piscine qui permet de se relaxer. On vous prête des vélos, nickel pour passer la rivière et atteindre le centre

Everything. Place was super nice, in a quiet area of the city, but only a 15 minute walk to the city centre with all the restaurants. The have a lovely salt pool which washes away the heat after a day of riding in a tuk tuk seeing the sites.

They gave us really tasty homemade cakes and desserts when we arrived on both days, which just made our stay feel very inviting. And they were delicious to boot!

The room is also great, quiet, spacious, with a very comfy bed. Definitely worth the stay and would love to return!

Quite honestly, I came to this residence and spa because of the amazing ratings, and it did not disappoint at all. This family-run business was perfection. I've travelled to many different luxury hotels and resorts, but this place exceeded in almost all aspects. The room setup is perfect. Comfy beds, really good shower with good pressure, the pool is excellent. The TV has netflix included. I also took advantage of the laundry service and a spa experience. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you so much for the Muni team!

This is the nicest place we've stayed in 3months of travelling. Friendly, kind staff, couldn't do enough for us. Comfiest bed ever. Good sized room, and many 'small touches' which just made the stay so memorable.

It is the people that make this place and they make it fantastic! This family run hotel is so hospitable from the second you make your reservation and they go out of their way to make everything about your stay special - thank you to Nona and Moon, the front line sister team that run the Muni.
The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable
The pool was a pleasant end to the day with drinks and snacks available.
The free bikes were a great way to get around town.
The tuk tuk pickup service from the bus stop was a great touch
Arrangements with Mr Khem Ry (WhatsApp +855 1741 3223) for an incredible, day long tour of the area in and around Battambang was really appreciated.

Persönlich und familiäre Atmosphäre

Die Leute waren ungöaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - wir durften sigar nach dem checkout am Abend nach der gebuchten tour im hotel duschen. Wir wudern vom bus abgeholt ohne anzufragen und der transfer zum nachtbus um 22.00 uhr war auch bereits organisiert.

10 is literally not enough! The staff / family really went the extra extra mile. So incredibly friendly. We stayed until the night of our checkout date, they let us use all facilities, offered to take us to the night bus station by tuk tuk. From welcoming every single guest by name to offering little homemade sweets during the day. We did not book a day tour with them as we had that sorted out prior to arrival, but I believe they offer that on a decent price as well. Highly recommend staying with them and definitely would again when visiting Battambang! Thank you for this wonderful experience

Wir wurden am Busbahnhof kostenfrei abgeholt und der Empfang war überaus freundlich. Die kleine Anlage mit Pool ist sehr familiär und liebevoll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist geräumig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.
Auf Wunsch gibt es kleine Snacks und westliches Frühstück. Jeden Tag verteilen sie selbstgemachtes Konfekt. Die ganze Familie ist sehr engagiert und herzlich. Sie geben Tipps und organisieren Transporte.
Besonders möchten wir den TuTuk Fahrer Khem Ry empfehlen, der uns auf der Tagestour neben den Sehenswürdigkeiten unzählige Pflanzen gezeigt und erklärt hat.

The hospitality here truly feels first class. The hosts are incredibly kind and made me feel genuinely welcome and at home from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, new, and comfortable, and the location is great for exploring. It’s the perfect place to slow down, experience authentic Cambodia, and connect with the local way of life.

We had the nicest stay at Muni Residence! The women are wonderful and generously welcomed us into their home. The room was spacious, clean and air conditioned with a super comfortable bed and refreshments if we needed. The location was perfect for us and is very central to the town and river area! There is a badminton court down the street where we played badminton for a few dollars with equally amazing women running the show! Thank you Muni and Team, you have been amazing! We hope to be back soon!

Wir hatten die Abfahrtszeit und den Abfahrtsort sowie die Busgesellschaft mitgeteilt. Und - wurden an der Busstation abgeholt und umsonst in die Unterkunft gebracht. Diese ist gepflegt clean. Ein Pool sprudelt munter vor sich hin und lädt zur Erfrischung ein. An ihm stehen einige Tischlein mit Stühlen, wo man frühstückt und auch kleinere Essensangebote bekommt. Das Team ist extrem (!) freundlich und hilfsbreit. Mit einem Abschiedsgeschenk und Proviant wurden wir wieder zum Bus gefahren. Danke!
