Rozhodně bychom se ubytovali znovu.
Pros:

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování při našem cestování Kambodžou. Velmi příjemný a nápomocný personál, krásný a čistý pokoj s pohodlnou postelí. Super lokalita v klidnější ulici, bezproblémové půjčení skútru přímo od ubytování a jako dárek domácí dortík/buchta přímo od majitelky - moc dobrá!

Cons:

Snad jen snídaně byla trochu slabší, ale je volitelná.

Endroit exceptionnel, oasis de paix fort agréable où il fait bon retourner après une journée d’exploration. L’accueil est tellement chaleureux, mon séjour a été ponctué de petites attentions et je remercie sincèrement les hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. J’y retournerais assurément sans hésiter!

Kurzurlaubsfeeling für jeden Aufenthalt in Battambang
Pros:

Die Gastgeber:in sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben einen Nachtbus gebucht und sie haben uns sogar angeboten noch duschen gehen zu können.
Das Zimmer war perfekt, es wurde an alles gedacht.

Weiche Matratze, es ist leise und sogar ein Luftbefeuchter wegen der Klimaanlage!

Pros:

Es ist ein familiengeführtes 3 Sterne Hotel und keine 4 Sterne Hotelkette und das merkt man in jeder Hinsicht.
Die Familie zeichnet sich mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten aus und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass sie sich mit den Bewertungen ständig versuchen zu verbessern.
Ich habe mich in jedem Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und behalte die Unterkunft in bester Erinnerung.
Das Hotel eignet sich besonders, wenn man die Stadt und Umgebung erkunden möchte.

Pros:

Super schönes und sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer waren super schön, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Pool Anlage lädt zum entspannen an heißen Tagen ein.
Wenn man mit ein bisschen laufen kein Problem hat ist die Lage auch sehr gut, man kann in 10 Minuten das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants erreichen. Die Unterkunft stellt auch kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung die man nutzen kann.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Excellent. Better than expected
Pros:

Friendly staff. Hosted was accommodating. Very helpful at or all requests. Zero complaints 100% efforts.

Cons:

Locations was a little hard to find, but on the other had it was quiet and tucked away from all the noises.

Heti saavuttuamme paikalle, peruimme varauksen ja menimme toiseen hotelliin. Vadtaanottajamne oli kyllä ystävällinen mutta hotellin ympäristö ja keittiö/ravintola ala-arvoisia joten lähdimme pois. Kuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta.

Ideal for a quick trip to Battambang
Pros:

The staff was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the wifi was very good. I have stayed in a few places in my time in Battambang, and I would say location, facilities, and staff were definitely a cut above the rest. It was a very homey feeling and as I travel a lot, it was the perfect amount of service without being overly pushy. They even provided a homemade afternoon snack even when I didn't request and a very nice homemade pack of healthy snacks for my travels back. Really, I would recommend Muni residence and spa and especially Moon for her outstanding service. Best value in Battambang.

Cons:

All was good. Nothing that I would change.

Highly recommend Muni Residence and Spa if you are visiting Battambang
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Muni Residence and Spa. This family run hotel exceeded our expectations. We were met at the bus station by tuk tuk (a nice surprise), greeted with drinks, fruit and snacks and had the best customer care ever. From the comfortable, clean, modern rooms to the homemade cakes they couldn’t do enough for us. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Battambang. Almost forget- they did our laundry and they even organised a ride back to the bus station!

Pros:

Ze doen in alles hun best om de beste service te leveren. We zijn opgehaald bij busstation, kregen kleine lekkernijen. Checken of alles naar wens is.

Cons:

Badkamer had een beetje een rioollucht. We hebben dat doorgegeven en ze ondernamen meteen actie. Zwembad zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Ontbijt is maar een optie, een westers ontbijt.

Superb stay in Battambang
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome thanks to the incredibly kind and friendly staff. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. Their warm attitude made us feel at home and really made our trip even more enjoyable.

The hospitality was exceptional, and it’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere!
