Cons:

The day we arrived there's no much customer but the staff refuse to give us higher floor room.
This is my 5th time stay here just because of the view and there's no meaning to book here if stay at lower floor.
And the next day there's no buffet for breakfast, the staff at restaurant told us because less guests, we can understand but still thinking why the receptionist told us there's no higher room.

The location and the bed

Cons:

The photos on booking.com need to be updated. The positive firstly was the location and that the staff recommended Andy a tour guide who was brilliant as he took us everywhere so I thank them for that. The staff did their best.
The TV is large but doesn’t work at all. Not even you tube as we know cable is a problem in Cambodia which is understandable. The shower drain was blocked, the air conditioner was in Cambodian on the controls so was hard to work out , the spa and sauna did not work nor was there a gym.
Breakfast was very average also and balcony was dusty and nowhere to sit.
Overall I wouldn’t stay there again but no fault of the staff at all they just did there job.

Ok hotel, but minibar couldnt be fixed

Breakfast was decent. Location is central and good. View from rooftop is good

Cons:

Upon arrival we noticed that our mini bar wasnt cold so we contacted the reception. The came shortly after only to tell us that it would starte cooling down once the key card was in. So we had to leave one key card in the slot at the hotel room during our stay. Even so the small fridge didnt produce much cold and even after 24 hours the items werent cold. Its a small thing - but for a four star hotel I would expect then to handel this.

Pros:

The hotel itself is great, clean and staff were efficient. But the area around it was super dirty, dusty and not the safest to walk around if you are not careful. It was very convenient and located right next to the markets and many coffee shops, but maybe they were doing construction throughout the city.

Pros:

I visited the several "top" hotels in Battambang. VV was the nicest and newest. However, unlike the other hotels, VV is not designed in the theme of Cambodia, if that's what you're looking for. VV looks like a typical 4-star in the US. Cambodian meals in restaurant were delicious.

Good centrally located accommodation
Pros:

Nice and central, right near the main market. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby.
The room was large and king size bed really good. All towels and bedding excellent.
Lift worked well, although was a bit dicey during a storm. Not their fault, all the electrics went on and off with the pending storm (it had not rained for three months) including the wifi.
Reception staff friendly and efficient. Door staff good.
Breakfast on second floor good, with very friendly efficient staff.

Cons:

Room a bit dated but fine. Room service a bit hit and miss. Many items not available. I ordered a green papaya salad and there was too much fish sauce overflowing the plate (and not a balanced sauce) and made everything sticky. It had a raw prawn on top of the dish which I did not appreciate. No explanation on the menu what ingredients in each dish. Also a bit hard to order the room service as limited English spoken. And then the dish takes over half an hour to come.
Room seemed clean enough but the shower screen not very clean.

Very pleasant stay for three nights.
Pros:

The location was excellent in the center of town. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly. Very nice view from the pool and sky bar. The food was good too.

SOP for housekeeping service needs to be improved. There are times when there was no supply of soap, no supply of toilet paper and, at times no supply of bath caps. The phone in the room was not able to connect to the housekeeping/reception counter. When I went to the reception counter and it was during afternoon, nobody was at the reception counter.
