Clean room with friendly staff and magnificent views. Breakfast disappointing, limited to a small voucher meal. Sky Bar offered lovely ambiance but an outdoor cockroach was spotted. Overall, pleasant stay with highlights in location and views, though food quality and minor cleanliness issues detracted slightly.

I was surprised and shocked to see some negative reviews but in fact quite different. Clean, well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a central location near the market. Guests enjoy a pleasant pool, sunset views from the Sky Bar, and lively musical entertainment. A welcoming atmosphere made the stay surprisingly delightful despite negative reviews elsewhere.

Recommend
Hotel was the highest building in the the city, and room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They offered room with the night view was truly satisfying. Friendly staff, good sky bar, good food too.
Recommend upper floor rooms offering sweeping views. Good hospitality, free Wi-Fi. The swimming pool on the rooftop with sky bar the fantastic view over the city. Worth of money!
The tallest building in Battambang with central location in Battambang. Higher floor room for good view. Very friendly staff and free wifi. We visited the rooftop pool and skybar with a several dollars to enjoy the stunning view.

The day we arrived there's no much customer but the staff refuse to give us higher floor room.
This is my 5th time stay here just because of the view and there's no meaning to book here if stay at lower floor.
And the next day there's no buffet for breakfast, the staff at restaurant told us because less guests, we can understand but still thinking why the receptionist told us there's no higher room.
The location and the bed
The photos on booking.com need to be updated. The positive firstly was the location and that the staff recommended Andy a tour guide who was brilliant as he took us everywhere so I thank them for that. The staff did their best.
The TV is large but doesn’t work at all. Not even you tube as we know cable is a problem in Cambodia which is understandable. The shower drain was blocked, the air conditioner was in Cambodian on the controls so was hard to work out , the spa and sauna did not work nor was there a gym.
Breakfast was very average also and balcony was dusty and nowhere to sit.
Overall I wouldn’t stay there again but no fault of the staff at all they just did there job.

Upon arrival we noticed that our mini bar wasnt cold so we contacted the reception. The came shortly after only to tell us that it would starte cooling down once the key card was in. So we had to leave one key card in the slot at the hotel room during our stay. Even so the small fridge didnt produce much cold and even after 24 hours the items werent cold. Its a small thing - but for a four star hotel I would expect then to handel this.
