Pros:

J'ai aimé la réactivité du personnel : la chambre qui avait été préparée ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservée (plus petite). On nous a aussitôt attribué une autre chambre plus grande et plus confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à deux pas du marché central est également un point fort. J'ai adoré enfin la vue de la chambre (9ème étage) et du bar en rooftop.

Cons:

Même si les membres du personnel sont tous très accueillants et serviables, il y a un côté un peu impersonnel. C'est peut-être lié au fait qu'il n'y a pas vraiment d'espace d'accueil, de lobby à la réception.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness that stayed with us throughout our entire stay. Our family room with an extra bed was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family.

The rooftop pool was wonderful for both children and parents, and the breakfast was simply delicious with plenty of choice for everyone.

They say Cambodia is the land of smiles, and this hotel truly reflects that spirit. We would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and hope to return one day

A VERY GOOD STAY IN BATTAMBANG
Pros:

For those who looking good stay in battambang town. We highly recommend this hotel because the room was clean and big enough definitely the same in pic. The staff were friendly and helpful. For breakfast they offer with a goof food and even though we skip their meal but they still packed for us. And we can see the whole battambang province from the roof top of the hotel.

Flotteste hotellet i Battambang, anbefales!
Pros:

Flotte rom og hyggelig personal med god service og ett stort smil.

Cons:

-Ofte kun en heis i drift og ble derfor ofte stående og vente på heisen. (Forsto i ettertid at politikere hadde leid hele hotellet etter vi dro og personalet måtte bruke heis for å gjøre i stand til celebre gjester).
-Man fikk også levert ut kun en toalettrull om gangen, passet dårlig når familiemedlemmer ble matforgiftet etter å ha spist ute.
-Var ikke lov å få isbiter i glass med på rommet.
