The room was beautiful, it had a lovely & coming aroma. The spa bath was spacious and allowed for a relaxing time with the essentials oils and Himalayan salt that was provided. It was really nice to just sit by the fire and enjoy some time to ourselves.
The bed was a bit hard, but I understand that really comes down to preference as I prefer a softer mattress.
We were a little confused on where we were suppose to go & there was a lack of staff.
The property was amazing. You could feel the tranquil atmosphere all around.
We had been driving for two long days & needed to stop & relax for the night. This was the perfect destination. We were able to refresh, rejuvenate & pamper ourselves. Thank you to Benev for offering such a beautiful space to stay & for having incredible attention to detail. We loved everything.

A beautiful property that can only improve with the planned new restaurant and additional rooms. The spa was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen sheets. Generous shower. Can imagine the fireplace would be great on cold winter nights. The property also had a lovely landscaped courtyard.
The curtains did not block out the street lights or the intermittent spot light during the night. The room could benefit from the installation of block out roller blinds behind the curtains.
Confused, how to get in?
Breakfast was only available one day kitchen was closed for rest of stay
Communication. Spa and kitchen were closed when we were staying but I only found out when I contacted Benev to make a spa booking, by which time no other accommodation in area was available. Very disappointing as it as marketed as spa retreat. Just advise people when making booking. I have since tried to contact Benev on this as I nothing with no facilities available the price was excessive, but no response
The building itself was beautiful and the room was luxurious and comfortable very relaxing. A lot of complimentary items in the room which was a beautiful bonus to our stay. I wish we had a little longer of a stay so we could have used all the facilities this place has to offer!
There was a lack of presence and we found check in and check out a little too relaxed as we were unable to speak to anyone on site. We also paid for our stay at the spa with cash but had no confirmation nor a receipt but when we went to check out online it stated it would be direct debited which was concerning as we had already paid for our stay.
The rooms were beautiful, generous and had wonderful amenities. We thought having not much staff interaction made it feel very private and luxurious. The massages in the spa was the best massage experience, where we could take our time and relax before and after - again all done privately in the beautiful space. The bath in the room was amazing and we were sad that the weather was too hot for the fire place. It would be so cozy in Winter. The premises was an easy 10 minute stroll to the main shops also.
