Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch nach abgestandenem Wasser. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es zudem sehr laut, da es zur Bahnhofseite ausgerichtet war.

Ich war positiv überrascht über den sehr guten Mail-Kontakt und die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption.
Pros:

Die Mail-Abklärungen vor dem Aufenthalt, die Rezeption waren immer sehr gut. Der Lärm im Hotel von andern Gästen war laut. Lage sehr gut, vor dem Frühstück für die nächste Wanderung gestartet.

Für uns als Gruppe war das Hotel ideal und würden dieses jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war tiptop.
Die Lage ist super, da man nahe beim Bahnhof und direkt in der Stadt ist.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas klein.
Was alle von uns, Gruppe von 12 Personen, gestört hat, ist, dass man beim Frühstück den Kaffee aus einem Plastikbecher trinken muss. Dasselbe für den Orangensaft. Schade - Heutzutage, und dies noch in der Schweiz, weiss man doch ganz viel über Umweltverschmutzung etc.

Frühstückskaffee im Plastikbecher, dürftiges Frühstück in fensterlosen Raum im Keller, Handtücher und Bettwäsche abgenutzt und löchrig, Kofferdepot war ein schmutziges Kellabteil....

Günstiges Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte oder spontan Trips.
Pros:

Wir haben spontan ein Upgrade für das Zimmer erhalten. Netter Empfang. Die Lage gerade am Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch aber es war wegen den Zügen etwas laut bei offenem Fenster. Der kleine Balkon war super, mit kleinem Tisch.

Cons:

Etwas laut in der Nacht. Frotteetücher etwas ausgefranst wären zu ersetzen, da das Bad ja neu renoviert war...Duschstange etwas wackelig, aber die Dusche war sauber.

Ottima posizione. Parcheggio lungo la strada gratuito dalle 19:00 di sabato e per tutta la domenica. Colazione buona, semplice. Camera pulitissima. Staff molto cordiale.
