駅から近くロケーションがとても良い。
スタッフが親切。
テラス付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれた。
簡単な朝食がついていた。

Cons:

電気ポットがあると書いてあったので保温ボトルを持って行ったがなかった。
チェックイン時間前は隣のレストランから入ることを知らず電話して尋ねた。
Wifiがほとんど使えなかった。
シャワーの水圧が弱かった。

Hotel carino accanto alla stazione e vicino al centro città di Bellinzona!
Appena arrivati ci ha accolto una signora gentile che ci ha offerto un upgrade di soggiorno senza costi aggiuntivi.
L’hotel come la stanza pulita, a parte la polvere sopra l’armadio. Le lenzuola del letto erano un po’ rovinate, ma a parte questo ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Di sicuro se dovessimo tornarne in visita a Bellinzona non esiteremmo a ritornare in questo hotel.

Non c'era ciò che era indicato nella stanza e ho dovuto fare richiesta. Totale assenza personale in reception, la proprietaria ti aspetta all'arrivo solo per il check in,
Comportamento poco corretto e sincero della proprietaria: NON HA INVIATO i TICKET TICINO, nonostante fosse prescritto ovunque e le mie richieste fino alla partenza,, forse NON ERA CAPACE?? Questo ha comportato un danno econimico a cui si è sottratta, negandosi, SENZA IL CORAGGIO ED EDUCAZIONE DI UN SALUTO ALLA PARTENZA, ma successivamnete ha inviato (forse con un aiuto ...?? WA POCO GENTILE su cell addirittura dopo una settimana successiva alla partenza, (VERGOGNOSO, con un italiano poco corretto)..... NON E' CLASSE QUESTA! Perccato! comunque Booking sono stati speciali come sempre!
