Perfect spot near the airport with good hospitality.
Pros:

Great first experience with 4 seasons. Very reasonably priced and just few mins away from the airport. Very convenient for both quick visits and longer stays. The staff was fantastic and special mention to Chamith for his support and always smiling attitude. Speaks good English and had great recommendations for local experiences. Additionally they also offer airport pick ups at off hours which is highly convenient.

It was my 4th or 5th stay in the past 15 years and I always choose this fantastic place the night before my flight back home. Rooms are correctly sized and spotless clean. Very quiet despite they are practically on the runway (the airport is just 5/7 minutes away). The host is just amazing: caring, nice, welcoming and professional. If you book a dinner the day before you will experience REAL Srilankan food.
Since my last visit (2022) they also made some renovation works Marin the location even more beautiful.

No better location for airport transit. I will be returning to this property.
Pros:

This property is owned by a man and his wife. The wife is so kind, friendly and accommodating. She was very anxious to be sure that all of our needs were taken care of.

Mosquitos, and the sheets did not seem to be fully clean.

・清潔に保たれていた
・お母さんの作ってくれた晩御飯がとても美味しかった(食べきれない量でびっくりしたけれど、スリランカ文化らしいですね)
・ルーフトップの食堂が素敵だった。表の喧騒もそこまで気にならなかった
・トランジットのための一泊と考えれば、立地のよさで○。送迎も込みの金額なのもうれしい

Cons:

・バスルームのシャワーの位置は改善の余地あり
・通りの喧騒と、飛行機が真上を通っていく音は、神経質な方にはキツいかも
