Hotel con poco mantenimiento. Mucho personal pero atención ineficiente, no queda cerca de la playa

Lo mejor son las vistas y la piscina

Cons:

Es un hotel de difícil acceso, imposible manejarse caminando. Las habitaciones que nos tocaron sin aislamiento para el sol, a la tarde es muy calurosas., había muchas hormigas, las puertas no cerraban bien. La atención del personal entre el desgano y la antipatía, no reponían los faltantes en el desayuno y el reclamo era mal visto. La atención al cliente en este caso no es prioridad. No volvería

Lugar espectacular pero habitaciones y camas incomodas, y desayuno de mala calidad.
Pros:

Vistas increíbles, espacio es precioso, ubicación magnífica para descansar. La piscina es preciosa con unas vistas buenísimas a la playa. El entorno super tranquilo. Los exteriores muy bonitos y bien cuidados.

Cons:

Las camas son extremadamente incómodas, me clavaba los muelles de la cama. Y las habitaciones, mal ubicadas, casi no podíamos abrir la puerta y mucho menos coger la ropa del armario. El desayuno de mala calidad. El personal no era especialmente amable y el wifi no llegaba bien.

It is a terrible hotel in every respect and down to the last detail; stay here only if you have money to throw away. The room we stayed in was tiny, old, and dirty. There wasn't even a single complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. I have traveled to so many countries, and in every home or hotel where I’ve stayed, there was always at least one bottle of water in the room.

This hotel has absolutely no respect for its guests; the whole experience was a joke.

You can barely lift your arms in the bathroom where you shower because it is tiny and ridiculously small; plus, every detail is filthy. The hair dryer in the room is from another planet. We stayed at this hotel because the pool looked nice, but we deeply regret it.

Pros:

Naprosto úžasný zážitek! Personál byl neuvěřitelně milý a ochotný, hned jsme se cítili jako doma. Velmi jsme ocenili kryté parkování přímo pro motorku, což je velké plus. Snídaně byly fantastické a bohaté. Naprosto nás ale nadchla možnost zůstat v hotelu i po check-outu – mohli jsme si užít bazén i sprchu a vyrazit na další cestu, až se nám to skutečně hodilo. Určitě se sem moc rádi vrátíme!

Magnifique séjour dans un très bel hôtel

La posizione, a pochi minuti da Cannigione. Dall’hotel si gode una vista spettacolare

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato trascurata sia la pulizia dei corridoi esterni che della camera e il bagno pulito molto sommariamente. L’abbiamo comunicato alla direzione che ha provveduto a far sistemare un po’ meglio. In generale si è percepita una difficoltà a gestire efficacemente una struttura così grande e architettonicamente complessa, nonostante l’indubbia buona volontà dello staff.

Everything was great, would definitely come back.
Pros:

Incredible location - pictures don’t do it justice. Great panoramic views, 24h pool, and surprisingly our room didn’t even need air conditioning at night. Giovanni assisted us with everything from start to end. Highly recommended!
