Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità dell’hotel, che è venuto incontro alla nostra richiesta di effettuare il check-in in anticipo senza alcun problema. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile e gentile, davvero nulla da dire.

Le camere, i servizi e gli spazi comuni sono ben tenuti e puliti. Molto carina la piscina con idromassaggio situata sull’attico, da cui si gode di una bella vista su tutta Cesenatico. È piccola, ma vale assolutamente la pena provarla.

Ottimo anche il buffet della colazione, con un’ampia scelta soprattutto per quanto riguarda il dolce; un po’ meno varia, invece, la proposta salata.

Nel complesso siamo state molto bene e tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti negativi segnaliamo innanzitutto il parcheggio, che in alta stagione, come a fine luglio, è piuttosto difficile da trovare.

Anche il check-in è stato un po’ sbrigativo: non ci sono stati illustrati i vari servizi dell’hotel né gli orari e il luogo della colazione, che era inclusa nella nostra prenotazione. Noi avevamo già avuto modo di informarci al momento della prenotazione, quindi eravamo a conoscenza di queste informazioni, ma avremmo comunque apprezzato che ci fossero state spiegate direttamente al nostro arrivo. Sarebbe stato un piccolo accorgimento che avrebbe reso l’accoglienza più completa.

Ottima pulizia e posizione, camera confortevole, con un bel terrazzino e l'aria condizionata funzionante e silenziosa. Zona relax sulla terrazza nel tetto con una bella piscina con vista sul porto e sul mare.Buona la colazione 😊

Great stay in a wonderful location
Pros:

The location was very central , close to the port, as well to the beach, such a pleasant walk. The hotel itself is a lovely, spacious room with a little balcony, pool area also nice to relax when you want to get away from crowds. Staff just wonderful and kind always helpful. As a plus was that they offered cleaning the clothes for a small amount, which is extremely convenient, especially for our stay of 8 days.

Cons:

Nothing really, all was good.
