Great location, friendly staff, nice accommodation
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub and restaurant offered great food and a nice atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the breakfast and dinner were tasty. The b&b price is also okay!

Cons:

The staff were not exactly welcoming and friendly. The waiter in the restaurant was annoyed and you could see, that he wasn’t happy to serve us - at dinner. We were the last one in the restaurant.

Perfect for two nights on our drive from Galway to Cork!
Pros:

Great view from our window onto the friary ruins and the sunset! Friendly staff, large car park, 5 min away from town center with shops and restaurants as well as church(es) and other historic sites!

Cons:

Since we travelled there during a heatwave, we would have loved to be able to open up the window a bit more to cool down our room in the evening.

Great Hotel but not on a hot summer day.
Pros:

The room is very large and has lots of amenities. The beds were very new and really comfortable. The staff at check in was kind, respectful and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning. The small window does not open very wide. We came the end of June and it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep on the 2nd floor. Maybe offer fans to those rooms on hot days.

The staff were great and so friendly. The room was a good size, very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was also lovely on both mornings with a steady flow of tea and coffee.

Hospedaje funcional.
Pros:

Un hospedaje perfecto para recorrer la zona sur de Irlanda. Personal muy amable. Instalaciones muy buenas y tranquilas. Parking gratuito en el mismo recinto. Desayuno muy bueno.
