Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Pros:

Große, saubere Zimmer.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Angebot im Restaurant entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Sowohl Qualität, als auch Auswahl ist aus unserer Sicht ausbaufähig.

Pros:

Das Hotel Sonneck ist trotz seiner Größe sehr familiär. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Man kann überall Details entdecken, die mit Passion ausgewählt wurden. Der Spagat, ein Hotel zu modernisieren und etwas vom ursprünglichen Charme zu erhalten, wird sehr gut gemeistert.
Die Wünsche der Gäste werden berücksichtigt und wenn es ein Problem gibt, wird nach einer Lösung gesucht.
Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, der Ausblick traumhaft. Ein wirklich ausgewähltes und schmackhaftes Frühstück ließ die Tage toll beginnen und das Restaurant bot am Abend wahre Gaumenfreuden an. Der Pool war sauber und angenehm.
Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und kompetent. Beeindruckend auch wie sich die Hotelchefin persönlich einbringt.
Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit schönen SPA
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel mit herzlichen Spa Bereich. Sehr freundliches und immer Bemühtes Personal.
Die Zimmer sauber und für uns das Behinderten Bad absolut klasse.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr gut für Behinderte geeignet ( Rollstuhl) jedoch waren die Betten im Zimmer so eng, dass man mit dem Rollstuhl kaum durch kam.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was not good. Ordered a pasta with chanterelles, and it did not taste anything at all. My partner ordered wild boar, and the potatoes and meat were overcooked and the sauce did not taste much.
