Comfortable hotel with great staff and good location
Pros:

Very good hotel location — away from the noise of the city, yet still close to the emergency hospital, which was important for us.

The staff were very friendly and genuinely tried to do their job well and make guests feel comfortable.

The room was spacious, with a large bed and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of food options.

Cons:

The only downside was the coffee machine at breakfast. It looked more like a small home coffee machine, and the coffee quality was not the best.

Other than that, it is a very good hotel for a short stay of a couple of nights.

Przyjemne i zadbane wnętrza. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie wliczone w cenę pobytu. Pokój był czysty i wygodny, z dodatkowymi udogodnieniami jak kapcie i szlafroki.

Cons:

Część obsługi była nieprzyjemna. Komunikowano się z nami na migi, bez jakichkolwiek prób wyrażenia myśli na głos (obojętnie w jakim języku). Niektóre osoby z obsługi sprawiały wrażenie, że nasz pobyt im nie pasuje, co sprawiło że nie czuliśmy się tam mile widziani... dość przykre.

Чудовий готель. Чистий, охайний, затишний. Нас заселили на дві години раніше, за що дуже вдячні.

Прекрасний різноманітний смачний сніданок. Смачна кава та випічка. Були приємно здивовані.

Cons:

Єдиний недолік - відсутність ліфта, але з багажем допомогли

Smjestaj je bio izvrstan, osoblje ljubazno, a dorucak raznovrsan i za svaku pohvalu! Lokacija je dobra, vrlo blizu centru, a i autobusnim stanicama ukoliko su vam nuzne. Sve preporuke!

Любимый отель Кишинёва!
Pros:

Понравилось абсолютно все!
Но особенно теплое ,совсем родное отношение на ресепшн!Путешествую по миру очень много и часто, впервые было чувство, что я покидаю родной дом с заботливо сложенным завтраком,проводами до такси в 2.00 ночи!
Благодарю! И всем рекомендую!
