The safe can't open. They said me that tomorrow they'll fix it. İndeed one Day later won't help me but İ didn't care. Even after they didn't fix it İ didn't care. When İ was checkouting, the receptionist said me to wait, when she finished her phone Conversation instead of asking how was my stay, told me that there was a problem in the bathroom and İt's forbidden to use toilet paper. If İt's forbidden, u should write. U should mention that the sewage system of your hotel is old, for this reason we shouldn't use toilet paper at the toilet. İ may understand to say this during to stay but after check-out, what its help instead of personal satisfaction?

Готель просто супер. Невеликий, в дуже зручному місці. Номера чистенькі, пушники білі, є косметичні набори у ванній кімнаті. Персонал дуже привітний. Затишний ресторанчик в готелі, де подають смачні сніданки! Рекомендую!

Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was super friendly; they even prepared a breakfast to go for us for the next day. We found parking outside, though there aren't many spaces.

Cons:

We had four suitcases and were given a room on the second floor, but the hotel has no elevator. The air conditioning didn't cool the room down quickly.
