O godz.19.00 hotel byl zamknięty i trzeba było kilkanaście minut czekać orzeł drzwiami na przybycie pracownika. W pokoju brak wody do picia a także czajnika, kawy i herbaty

Niestety tym razem było 50/50 - połowa gości zadowolona i połowa niezadowolona.
Pros:

Śniadanie było smaczne. W jednym pokoju, było komfortowo: ciepło, jasno, cicho i łóżka były wygodne.

Cons:

Z hotelu korzystałem już kilka razy więc zaskoczeniem było to, że otrzymaliśmy inne pokoje niż na zdjęciach w ofercie. Wizualnie w niższym standardzie i położone na drugim piętrze, do którego prowadzą strome schody. Hotel tłumaczył to ceną, która owszem była atrakcyjna. Tylko mi nie zależało na najtańszej ofercie a na wygodzie więc byłem rozczarowany, gdybym wiedział, że tak będzie to wybrałbym inną ofertę/hotel. Ostatecznie nie czepiałbym się, gdyby dwa pokoje zapewniały ten sam komfort. Z wyglądu pokoje identyczne, ale w moim i syna było ciepło i wygodnie (nam się podobało), ale u żony i córki było zimno i niewygodnie. To jest główny powód niskiej oceny tego pobytu.
