The owner Maya was extremely friendly, made us exceptionally good food, and took care of us in a lovely, welcoming way. We felt so at home and happy!

Incredible hotel with the most genuine and kind owners.
Breakfast is fully sourced from locally produced food, and you can buy some products, and even cosmetics that have been locally made as well.

Very friendly hosts, clean and neat rooms, very comfortable accommodation. Perfectly located near lopota resort, so you can stay here and enjoy Lopota :) Great delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this place!

It was a small but most fabulous place, I've been to. The hosts were fantastic! I was on business trip attending an event at Lopota Lake and instead of staying there I opted for this small but comfortable hotel and I will be coming and staying here in the future, whenever I have a chance.

Нас встретили как встречают дорогих гостей- с порога угощения вином,,помощь в решении любых вопросов, попросили стирку,, а великолепная хозяйка Майя, видя нашу занятость ( были там по работе в соседнем отеле, не просто постирала, но и высушила и погладила. Кафе в открытом доступе 24/7 на самообслуживании = это прям супер! В любое время кофе, чай, домашний компот из винограда...Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Зураб и Майя- великолепные душевые люди. В номерах чисто и удобно. Прекрасное расположение в окружении природы в тишине, где только пение птиц. Вернёмся сюда обязательно. Майя, Зураб, спасибо огромное.

Hosts are absolutely adorable people. Very supportive and welcoming. Breakfast is very versatile and tasty. Coffee and cakes are available during the day.

Located among the beautiful green mountains of Georgia, it combines breathtaking natural beauty with outstanding cleanliness and hospitaliy:

it's the cleanest I’ve ever been to and owned by the sweetest and most helpful and hospitable couple, Maia and Zura.

Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the stay, and their kindness has overwhelmed me.

Another highlight of the experience is the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a selection of delicious Georgian specialties, all prepared with great care, and HOMEMADE.
As for hot summer nights, there's an aircondition. Otherwise, the fresh air from the mountains is the most relaxing..
I'm so thankful that there's such a hotel which raises hospitality to a whole new level, allowing guests to live a very authentic and high quality experience.

- Most delicious homemade food for breakfast, from Georgian yoghurt, to the Georgian plum sauce, to pear cream, to dried tomatoes in olive oil.. also the daily cake offered.. and coffee and tea.. Homemade grape juice from the owners' own grapeyard. No added sugar. Fresh vegetables rom the village.

- There's a nearby security gate for something else, so this hotel gets the benefit as well.

Amazing little gem, with amazing hosts who were beyond welcoming and helpful! Maia takes wonderful pride in her B&B, and it shows. The rooms are spotless clean, the breakfast is awesome, with fresh homemade food with local farmers produce. I highly recommend a visit!! Thank you so much for a wonderful homey stay!
