The hotel staff really listen to your requests. When a problem comes up, they don’t just smile at you to brush it off- they actually try to solve it. The price/performance ratio could be a bit better, but if you want to have a smooth holiday, you can easily choose this place.
Clean, hygienic and nice feeling. Very good hospitality
Location is little bit outside the main road. Food has to arranged from outside
Adequate space and size
Bathroom was not at all clean and very stinky because there's was a gutter beneath the sink. And smell was spreading in the room. Very basic thing like medical kit was not available at the reception and staff was not promp and active . No tissues or hand towel in the room.
It's located inside the housing area, difficult to access, no shop near by. Toilet not clean, bed not clean

Receptionist was very rude. They had called to confirm the check in time and by the time I reached there they denied my booking and refused to give me a room, after 10 mins they called again and told me that I can have the room in 30 mins. It was too much of a hassle which isn't encouraged by anyone. Checkout time shown to me while booking was 11:30 am but they kept bugging me to vacate the room by 11 am. Not at all a good experience.
