On nous explique que ce que nous avons réservé sur Booking ne correspond pas au standard de l'hôtel, et qu au prix que nous avons payé nous n'avons pas accès à la prestation présentée sur Booking... Ben voyons, qui met les photos sur Booking ? Et cet incident n'est pas arrivé qu'à nous... Donc si cela vous arrive ne lâchez rien !

Images used are fake, some of them aren’t of this hotel. No Snack bar or tennis courts. Food was the same every day and cold. Self service drinks in the restaurant were warm boxes of wine, no red, beer pump broken, so no beer. 1 coffee machine worked for the whole hotel. All plastic cups for your meals. Staff were generally rude and dismissed all complaints, as it’s in your head. Room was loud, thin walls & pipes making noise 24 hours a day.
No transport to get anywhere, taxi’s are fairly expensive, so need a car.

In the middle of nowhere. Food was the same every day. Not much choice. Room didn’t look like the photos.

No entertainment and strong sewage smell in bathroom. Water for showering is salt or chlorinated which takes a bit of getting used to, very very remote location

Worst Experience of My Life – Do NOT Stay Here!

I’ve traveled all over Asia and Africa, and I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Laguna Holiday Resort is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We got food poisoning, and the hotel should be shut down immediately. Hygiene inspectors need to be called in because it’s disgraceful. More than 20 people, including us, were violently ill at the same time with vomiting and diarrhea—yes, even those who had just arrived that day! The hotel's ridiculous response? "Oh, it’s just a virus." What a load of nonsense!

We were nervous about coming here because of the bad reviews, but we thought, "Maybe those people are exaggerating." Well, guess what? They weren't! It was the biggest mistake of our lives, and it completely ruined our holiday. We’ve been to Corfu seven times and have NEVER had an experience like this with other hotels.

On the first night, we could hear people in nearby rooms vomiting. It was like a sickening chorus throughout the night. The next morning, we spoke to other guests who confirmed that they, too, had food poisoning, especially those who had eaten gyros. By the time we made it to the reception after a day of hell, the hotel quickly denied responsibility, saying their “doctor” (who never even examined anyone) decided it wasn’t food poisoning. Yeah right, no virus on Earth infects everyone at the same time (4-6 hours after eating.)...and disappears within 24-36 hours! It was 100% the food.

Nearly everyone in the hotel was sick by the second day of our stay. And believe me, this place is NOT a 4-star hotel—it barely makes it to 2 stars.

This place is a health hazard. If you care about your health, avoid Laguna Holiday Resort at all costs! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. You've been warned—DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!

The food was horrible. The bread was take at breakfast. The quality of food was terrible. I cannot say I ate one good thing at the hotel. The snacks that they had at the bar were terrible.
The reception staff were friendly but the the staff serving food were not friendly at all.
They upgraded my room as them said that my room had flooded and moved me to a different hotel. This was fine but when I came back I though my room would be ready but I spent 2/3 hours waiting for it were I could have been exploring.
The rooms were not sound proof at all. I could hear the outdoor bar music from my room and the guy next door snoring.

Food choice very limited. Never hot. Very repetitive. Catered for Polish and East European. If you're British, you will be disappointed.
