The hotel’s entrance is on Newton Street.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Pros:

Trevlig personal, tidig incheckning möjligt mot betalning. Lugnt hotell, dock något lyhört ut till korridoren. Prisvärt.

Cons:

Hiss ur funktion, men var okej då jag hade lätt packning. Inget säkerhetsskåp.

Great value and location. Just needed a little more thought in the room and I would def

Think I paid 39 quid and it was smack bang in the middle of Manchester city centre just off Piccadilly gardens

Cons:

The room was small, the lift was out of order and I was on the top floor, windows don't open, and air con was peeset so it kept turning off
My biggest problem was the facilities in the room
I was in Manchester for work and wanted to get some work done in the room at the end of the night and have something to eat
There was no table and chairs. Nothing . Just the bed
I really cant work and eat lying on a bed
I know it's not much but a table and chairs would have made a good stay and great stay and would have had me rebook over and over again when I'm coming back for work every month

Pros:

The room itself was very clean and bed was comfortable and staff were very polite i liked that the air on was available for both hot and cold it idiot us very comfortable. For the price it was good for what were were looking for ij one night however wouldn't be convenient for longer stays

Cons:

To no fault of third own tge loft was not working so we had to carry our suitcase to 4th floor. The room had no bin bag in the bin which I'm not sure if this is intentional. There was a draft that came from the window but luckily the aircon kept us warm. The water pressure in the shower was awful it was really weak.

Pros:

Bien ubicación. En el centro y cercano a lugares para comer y combinaciones con tren, buses. Muy buena la opción de guardado de equipaje en el lugar.

Cons:

Habitaciones chicas, falta un poco de manteniendo, sobre todo de aire acondicionado ya que perdía agua luego de un tiempo prendido

great stay. would stay again.
Pros:

Room was functional. cleanliness was excellent. bed was comfortable and the linen clean and fresh smelling.

Cons:

Property owners always forget about curb appeal. street had a load of wheely bins on it this made the street look grim.
