I had a huge double room and bathroom.
Lots of hot water and huge shower.

Food available on street level and through the restaurant. Room service for food, value was exceptional. Portions were large for single serving.
A lot of things could have been better but none were under the control of the hotel.

Hotel ambience and infrastructure is good. The thing that make the hotel a worst choice is it's staff members, particularly the receptionist named Sanjay Sharma . His behaviour is unacceptable and abusive towards the customer. He does not know how to treat the customers. The hotel management should fire him or the hotel's reputation will be affected.

WELL THERE IS ONE SLIGHT ISSUE WITH THE PARKING AS IT TAKE MORE TIME TO GET A CAR THROUGH VALLET
Staff were very helpful, especially the room service people. The guy changed our additional bed for us when we felt that the single mattress with a fold was uncomfortable. Very polite and helpful.
Hygiene and cleanliness is questionable. Otherwise overall satisfying.

The shower head emanates water in all directions, water can be conserved by ensuring that the shower head is looked at.

The window of the room looked out onto a too noisy street, where the hectic life of people, dogs, and construction workers continued until 3 am
