I don’t recommend anyone this hotel. Very poorly maintained

Cons:

There was no attached restaurant. No water heater . Wash basin was infested with fungus and unclean. No door mat outside bathroom. No simple etiquette such as a bottle of drinking water. No room heater. The room was smelling of cigarette smoke.

We booked in 800 but when we visited at property they refuse to give us room in this booking amount and they told to pay more 1300 to stay there

This is not acceptable

If we booked online at some amount then how they can refuse to give us room and take extra money for room
