We booked a room for New Year's Eve. When we booked, we indicated there were four adults and two children. We were warned it might be crowded, but we made do, but this is offset by the price and location.
Daily room cleaning, big room, wide windows which allows the whole daylight inside the room, always smiling staff, location,
Wifi usually weak or no internet connection…

Chỗ đậu xe ngoài đường đối diện khách sạn là toà án. Chỉ có khoảng 3-4 chỗ đậu. Nhưng hầu hết đã có người địa phương đậu cố định khoảng 2 xe. Nghĩa là bạn chỉ còn 2 chỗ để đậu. Nếu ko may mắn thì khả năng không có chỗ đậu rất cao. Đi ô tô nên cân nhắc thật kỹ
đặt phòng trên booking xác nhận thành công, mà bên khách sạn mấy hôm sau lại báo do lỗi Booking, không gọi điện báo trực tiếp, mail thì gửi vào mục thư rác, đến ngày tới địa điểm mới biết là đã bị huỷ. rất phiền cách làm việc này. Và minh đã đặt qua app đặt phòng khác

Расположение на 3 улице, до пляжа 15минут с заходом в магазины, без-5 минут. Хороший массаж на 1 этаже. 2 раза не было света, но это не беда отеля, а всего Нячанга- отключение по всему городу. Номер небольшой, на фото и по площади в описании мечтала о большем пространстве. Горячая вода без перебоев. Вид из некоторых номеров-лестница, стена соседнего отеля в метре от вас, либо вообще без вида. Приехала бы снова.

Khách sạn có chỗ đỗ xe máy nhưng ít quá. Xe nhân viên là hết chỗ xe khách. Phòng cách âm kém. Nhà vệ sinh đứng ngoài là nhìn thấy bên trong.
Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, giá lại rẻ, lúc đầu đặt phòng, với giá 2tr5 cho 3 phòng 2 đêm, mình ko nghĩ sẽ được phòng đẹp, tiện nghi, gần biển đến vậy. đi bộ ra biển chỉ 5 phút. Ba mẹ mình lớn tuổi, ở rất thích, ngủ ngon. Lần sau có dịp đi Nha Trang mình sẽ ghé lại Heritage.
không có điều gì làm mình ko thích. Nhân viên lễ tân thì quá tuyệt vời, vui vẻ, thân thiện, hỗ trợ gia đình mình nhiệt tình. siêu ưng khách sạn Heritage ạ.

Parking place during high season can be hard to find.
The location is good, close to the beach
The room I booked is not really suitable for 4 adults, there are a small single bed (this wasn’t comfortable for 2 adults) and a queen bed, the AC wasn’t working well, so in the room was hot, noisy at night from nearby nightclubs, room and bathroom could have been cleaner, the décor was outdated
