Pros:

The hotel is perfect and the owner was so kind and nice . He agree to put our luggage in the room before check in and even gave us a ride to the beginning point of our trek. The beds were so comfortable and the room so clean. The balcony has a beautiful view to the mountains. In short the best hotel.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, um die Region Grosser St. Bernhard zu erkunden.
Pros:

Das kleine Hotel war vom Bahnhof her leicht zu erreichen. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind einfach und zweckmässig. Der Eigentümer freundlich und im Dauereinsatz. Das Frühstück war reichlich und fein, aber nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Cons:

Vorabinfo, dass das Hotel-Restaurant am Montag geschlossen ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Aber unweit der Unterkunft gibt es auch noch weitere Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten die am Montag geöffnet haben.

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel with great views and excellent service
Pros:

A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The spacious room had a lovely balcony with a great view. The mattress was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff kindly provided extra cheese upon request.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Reservation cancelled on arrival / check in
Cons:

I was extremely disappointed - on arrival after a long days hiking with my mother and daughter we were told at check in that our booking was cancelled and that there was no room at all, and that they never accepted the booking. When I showed the owner the messages that we had directly exchanged over the past month he then said he had called booking.com to cancel it the day prior and that they should have told us. We had no message/communication by phone or online cancelling the booking and assume if this was the case, the owner or booking.com would have reached out to existing messaging methods. What appears to have happened is that a group booking was accepted over our independent booking and we were only informed on the day, in peak travel time, in a small town.

Merci pour cette soirée étape et le petit déjeuner de compétition ! Accueil très agréable, chambre fraîche et propre malgré la canicule, douche relaxante après les fortes chaleurs.

Pros:

是一間歷史悠久的傳統小酒店,下火車左手邊走5-8分鐘便到達,有升降机,老闆很親切,入住時給我們一杯歡迎特飲,離開時又送我們每人一個瑞士公仔吊飾😀

Agréable moment.
Pros:

Emplacement central dans le village qui permet de tout faire à pied.
Le personnel a été très gentil et très humain. Merci encore de m'avoir permis de laisser un sac un jour de plus et pour la petite peluche pour les enfants :)
