Well situated simple accomodations
Pros:

Good location, perfect for exploring puuc ruins and oxcutzcab market. Affordable. Attentive staff, available at all hours.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small and old. Bathroom floor always wet. Rather small thin pillows.

It was barely ok.
Pros:

Pool was ok. Room was noisy...some machine coming from the back. The ceiling fan made too much noise...and we are not foond of AC

Cons:

bed was a double...hardly sufficient for 2 adults.

Good enough for a 2 day stay to check out the ruins nearby, nice staff
Pros:

Simple and cheap. Though still having a pool for the kids (and us) to cool off. It comes with a refrigerator as well. That was very useful! Nice staff. Willing to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible

Cons:

The beds felt old, springs coming through and cute hard in general.

Motel-Charakter, aber sauber und nett

Doppelzimmer „Juniorsuite“ sehr angenehm, sauber, sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Rezeptionist, schöner Pool, der aber nicht zum längeren Aufenthalt rundherum einlädt, sehr gut mitten in der Stadt gelegen, sehr gutes Restaurant angeschlossen (bis 16h). Wenn kein Wert auf die „Hotelanlage“ gelegt wird, sehr gut, wenn auch nicht leise.

Cons:

Motel-Charakter, in der Früh laut, Einzelzimmer mit Queensizebett, „Doppelzimmer“ lt Booking, sehr klein, dann lieber ein ein paar Euro drauflegen für die Junior Suite, Kühllastwägen stehen nebenan und brummen die ganze Nacht

Great stay!
Pros:

The room was nice and cozy. The hotel has a private parking which was useful. The shower had hot water and a good pressure. Also Oxkutzab is a nice little town perfect to stay by the ruta puuc (which we enjoy a lot). We did a road trip and it was one of the nicest hotel we slept in for this price!

Cons:

The fridge was common and downstairs (next to the main entrance), but that was not a big and we did't mind it but I know that can be frustrating for some people.
