Exceptional Location.
Peaceful place, those who are looking a beautiful climate, delicious food, superb rooms, great hospitality, courteous staff and peaceful location this is the place. Property is surrounded by lush greenery and all over fog. Even we witnessed the fog coming in to our balcony. Cozy climate. Pool was clean. Staff is really helpful. It’s absolutely away from crowd but market are within and 2 minute distance. Must visit place of you are planning to visit Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.

Stunning experience, really nice view from Executive room . Rooms were in good condition. Beautiful weather, property surrounded by lush greenery and Fogg. Food is great. Balcony were specious. Staff are really helpful and always smiling supportive. Good wifi signal. Swimming pool were clean. They have taxi services for pick up and drop as well as sightseeing. Overall a very positive experience we had. Must visit place in Mahabaleshwar area for a professional hospitality.

Best Place to Stay and Explore

We just stayed in Blizzard Resort, and this was the wonderful experience we had. Rooms were surprisingly specious and well maintained and hygienic. Even in the rainy season there was no stains in the rooms that was rare. Staff was so polite and courteous and always ready to serve. Location is in the bhilar, we had our own vehicle but they have their taxi services as well for sightseeing. Food is absolutely delicious and good verities options available. They are providing rooms service as well that was a plus point. You just seat in the balcony and enjoy the best nature view and rains. Fogy climate literary entering in to the balcony that was a once in a lifetime experience. So peaceful location. Swimming pool was clean and there's space to seat beside pool and spend a quality time. Hotel staff is the so professional and soft spoken. If you are coming to Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar then this is the best and economical place to stay and explore.

I recently stayed at Blizzard Resort in Banjkani, Mahabaleshwar, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst resort experiences of my life. Even a one- or two-star hotel would have provided better service and basic hospitality than what we received here.

To begin with, the breakfast was absolutely horrendous — the food was undercooked, and the sandwich served was so poorly made that it was practically inedible. It had zero taste and felt like it was thrown together without the slightest care or effort.

The overall service was pathetic. There was no lift in the hotel, which is shocking given it has multiple floors. If we had brought our elderly parents along, climbing up to the third floor would have been nearly impossible. This is a major oversight and shows a lack of thought for guest comfort.

The only moment of decency was when they picked us up from the bus stop on arrival. But that changed quickly — when we requested a drop back to the bus stop at checkout, we were flatly told to use the sightseeing cab we had booked. Their tone was rude, and the attitude was dripping with ego.

To put it plainly, this resort is not even worth a 3-star rating. If there were something lower than zero, I’d rate them that. The staff lacks basic courtesy and professionalism, and I strongly feel they should reconsider being in the hospitality business at all.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Great hotel, Great Staff. Secluded and away from city noise.
Pros:

Everything was good 👍 , Staff is very helpful and polite, food is great. The room is very clean, parking is a bit tight but safe. Decent enough hotel and away from all the city noises. It's in the middle of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.

Cons:

The location doesn't match what they have shown on booking.com.
It is very far in reality than the location mentioned/shown on booking.com

Card payment is not available, so UPI and cash only. Wifi is a bit spotty.
I paid 10.5k for 2 nights, and I would expect tab bit better (overalls).

Pleasant stay, Clean and spacious rooms
Pros:

Very convenient to have the meals on location.
Chef was very adaptive and flexible to special requests as and when needed.

Staff at reception is also very helpful and also gave a few nice recommendations

Cons:

Breakfast is bit pricey and not worth it
