Odnos menadžmenta prema gostima.Obavezali su nas da platimo štetu za koju odgovorno tvrdimo da nismo napravili.
Žao nam je što nismo inspekcijski proverili sobu pri ulasku - nismo očekivali ovakav tretman hotela u kome smo već odsedali.
