Ukoliko stignete ranije, pre check-in, možete da koristite usluge spa. Takođe, posle odjave iz hotela, možete nastaviti da koristite usluge spa. Osoblje je ljubazno, hrana ukusna i hotel je čist.

Nagyon tetszett!
Pros:

Kedves személyzet, szép, csendes szoba. Nagyon jó volt, hogy könnyen és kényelmesen át lehetett jutni a Gyógyfürdőbe, ill. még a kijelentkezés után is lehetett maradni a fürdőben! :)

Cons:

Egy picit szűkös volt az éttermi rész.

Minden adott egy kellemes hétvégi pihenéshez. Kedves személyzet, jól felszerelt, kényelmes, szép szálloda, finom ételek. Ide vissza kell jönni.

Trotzdem es lohnt sich hier eine Kur zu machen
Pros:

Zimmer schön groß und praktisch gestaltet.
Badelandschaft hervorragend.
Essen gut.
Ortschaft sauber und sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Man spricht nur Ungarisch, auch an der Rezeption.
Man verständigt sich ziemlich schwer.

Pros:

Osoblje na recepciji i restoranu je vrlo ljubazno. Čista i lepa soba. Obroci su na bazi švedskog stola. Ponuda za doručak i večeru raznovrsna, ukusna. Hotel je tih, miran, higijena je na zavidnom nivou i povezan je sa banjom. Hotelski bazen je za preporuku, nema gužve. Ispred hotela ima dovoljno parkinga.

Cons:

Za večeru nisu dostupni sokovi na točenje. U sobi nema kuvala za pripremu čaja.

Pros:

S obzirom da smo četvrti put u ovom hotelu uvek se lepo provedemo. Da bismo izbegli gužve biramo dane kada nisu raspusti, praznici i vikendi.
Održavanje i čišcenje soba kao i bazena u okviru hotela ostalo je na istom nivou. Osoblje na recepciji je ljubazno i predusetljivo, naročito seniori. Mlađi su na obuci i nadam se da će prihvatati iste manire.

Cons:

Restoran je slaba karika hotela. Hrana je lošija i manji je izbor hrane. Oseća se promena kuvara. Stalno moraju da se traže namirnice, što je pre bilo uvek dostupno.
Posluga je neljubazna, stalno namrgođena i drčna, naročito seniorka, koja loše utiče na mlađe na obuci. Očigledno je da joj se ne radi. Da bi se poručilo piće moraš da čekaš red dok se smiluju da ti prime porudžbinu. To stvara loš utisak i ugođaj obroka. Šteta za promenu posluge, koja je ranije bila ljubazna i uslužna, i bilo je zadovoljstvo konzumirati hranu.
Slaba tačka hotela je restoran i preporuka je da se poboljša jer kvari opšti utisak o hotelu.
