Nice hotel, very friendly owner
You can smell strong cigarette smoke in the room. Some other guests smoke in other rooms and the smoke came into my room somehow.

Noise un-clean smells
Clean hotel in the centre of Phan Rang near to the park and night market. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. A couple of km from the beach.

This was a really nice hotel for the price I paid. It fully satisfied my needs and there were nice restaurants nearby (especially the Korean BBQ around the corner). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they organised my bus transfer to Da Lat with a shuttle bus pickup at the Hotel.
Some of the guests could be a bit noisy when arriving or leaving, but this is a minor problem and no fault of the staff.
