Pros:

Скажу коротко: это заведение (и его гостеприимные хозяева) предлагают минимум в 2 раза больше удобств, чем заявленная цена.
Отлично работающий кондиционер, мини-холодильник, просторная ванная, ежедневная уборка.
Приятные общие помещения.
Удобное расположение.
По соседству кофейни (что, в принципе, не особо удивительно) и небольшой спортзал.
