Excellent stay... really helpful receptionist. Safe parking inside the hotel for my motorbike. They let me change my booking from 2 nights to one night with no penalty as I had decided I needed to get you nha trang urgently.. thanks!

- Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, tư vấn nhận phòng sớm (có phụ thu giá hợp lí).
- Xe máy cho thuê còn mới, tình trạng xe ổn.
- Tư vấn địa điểm đi chơi tường tận, gợi cảm giác gần gũi cho khách.

Cons:

- Sảnh thường xuyên đóng cửa (giờ công trường đối diện hoạt động) nên khách ra vô phải tự đóng mở cửa và không gian sảnh cũng như cầu thang ngộp, có mùi ẩm thấp của thuốc lá và một số tạp khí, cảm giác khó chịu.
- Máy lạnh làm mát rất chậm khiến cả nhà toát mồ hôi.
- Nệm nằm đau lưng, không thoải mái.
- Tranh treo trong phòng không phù hợp với gia đình có em bé.
- Tivi không xem Youtube được (chỉ cố định một số kênh)
- Nhà vệ sinh có mùi khó chịu dù có cửa thông gió).

Giá rẻ

Cons:

Không có thang máy. Phải leo bộ lên tầng 4. Nước từ vòi sen quá yếu. Phòng bí không cửa sổ. Đối diện là công trường đang xây nên sáng sớm rất ồn vì công nhân và máy móc bắt đầu làm việc.
Đi du lịch và công tác tuyệt đối đừng vì ham rẻ mà ở đây ☹️
Mình thấy đánh giá tốt hơn 8 điểm nên book ai dè rất thất vọng.
Đây là ks tệ nhất trong chuyến xuyên Việt hơn 1 tháng của mình.
Rất Xin lỗi khách sạn nhưng khách hàng nên review trung thực để những khách sau có thể lựa chọn chỗ ở chính xác bằng những đánh giá khách quan và công bằng.

My room was very nice, but I couldn't sleep well due to a pump or conditioning unit making a very loud noise through the night room 301 other rooms may not have this problem
